Food poisoning? Felt really sick and just soiled my bedding a bit AskDocs

I am a male in my 20's, currently taking Antibiotics (Doxycycline) for a recurring Chlamydia infection. I don't recall having issues with antibiotics in the past, and today would mark the 6th day (out of 10 days) I've been on this medication. I generally have issues with motion sickness and sleep deprivation issues.

Yesterday evening: - Baked batches of bacon at 400F, 20+ minutes each batch - Had raw bacon in a pan between batches; I put it in the refrigerator so it wouldn't go bad

  • Instead of washing the pan, I poured some water into it and boiled/simmered it for a while, hoping it would kill the harmful microbes. I then cooked some instant rice on it, simmering at medium heat. I think the 'disinfection' process occurred for 5-15 minutes.
  • Took a nap and woke up really dizzy; I figured it was just dehydration as I ate a lot of bacon so I had a lot of water.
  • Ate some frozen fruit and felt better, as it got rid of the dizziness for a bit.
  • Went to sleep after brushing my teeth etc. at 2am or so

Today: - Woke up at 2pm, felt really sick (mainly dizzy with a dry mouth) so I kept waking up and drinking water, then getting back to bed. - I couldn't really stay up as I felt really dizzy - Bowel movements were not too strange - I had a lot of water, including a really cold bottle of water and went back to bed - In between naps, I woke up and had what I thought was flatulence. It ended up squirting a bit of wet feces onto my bedding (thankfully I have a mattress protector too...). I wiped it up and the soiled bed sheet is currently in the washer at a high heat setting...

After that jolt, I got up and went to the washroom. Really watery bowel movement, slimy and light yellow. No blood.

I don't feel as sick now after that jolt, but I'm still dizzy... It's getting late and I should be taking my first daily dose (2 per day) of the antibiotic soon. I ate a granola bar too.

This doesn't feel as bad as having the flu, but I'm really dizzy and I feel some more diarrhea coming up. It's late in the evening (Sunday) and the medical clinics are closed.

Does this seem like food poisoning? What should I do at this point? My mouth is dry and I'm thirsty as well.
