Hey, Can I, and is it safe, to bone-out a turkey the day before, put it back in the refrigerator, then stuff it and cook it the next morning? And does cooking follow the same rules as if it were a regular stuffed turkey of the same size? Thanks.
Side note: I've deboned large roasting chickens before, stuffed them, tied them and roasted them. They've turned out fantastic and the family, who are generally underwhelmed by roasted chicken, loves it. I'm just looking to save time on Thanksgiving morning.
