Does anyone have experience with harvesting Brussel sprouts? We just harvested 4 stocks from the garden and don't know how to keep them the longest.
On the stock in the basement - probably around 50 degrees F Off of the stock in the refrigerator - Any idea how long it will last? Is blanching and freezing the best option to avoid having them spoil?
