Cooking for a wedding in a remote location? Cooking

I was recently asked if I could cook for a wedding of about 80 people in a fairly remote location. It's about a 2 hour drive plus a 2 hour boat ride from the nearest town large enough to have a caterer or a large kitchen to rent.

We are toying with the idea of cooking on site, and I'm wondering if any of you amazing cooks have any recommendations to make this go as smooth as possible. Everything from recipe ideas to logistical stuff. At my disposal will be a makeshift Bbq pit, a small wood fire oven, 2 refrigerators, and one very small kitchen in a little cabin. I've cooked for this many people a couple times before, but never without a lot of equipment at my disposal. The wedding will of course be pretty relaxed and low key, so it doesn't need to be fancy, but of course I want it to taste amazing.
