Can I still eat these Portabellas? Cooking

I have some Portabella mushroom sliders that have been in the refrigerator for a week. A few of them have this on the underside now, which I haven't seen before. Safe to eat?

Edit: The small white things on the sides of the frilly part are what I'm asking about.
