Norman woke up and went into the kitchen for a bowl of Oat Bran, but when he opened the refrigerator, he noticed that the milk was almost gone. Feeling somewhat dejected, Norman closed the fridge and put away the cereal.
Norman decided that he wasn't going to take this sitting down, and grabbed the milk carton from the fridge. He opened it and took a swig.
Norman felt exhilarated at his rebellious actions.
