Help! My steaks accidentally partially froze in my refrigerator. How will this affect them? Cooking


I have two sirloin petit steaks in my refrigerator that I was planning to use this evening for a semi-anniversary for myself and the hubs. They were pushed the the back and one end of them are now frozen solid. They are just in their thin meat counter packaging from my local grocer (celophane, basically). How will this affect them? Or will it at all?
