Need to rent this place ASAP Rolla

I'll keep it brief. I'm a student at Missouri S&T and medical reasons are forcing me to relocate away from Rolla for a while. Problem is, I have an off campus rental house rented for the next six months that I need to pass on to another tenant before Investment Realty will let me out of the lease.

The place is 705 Arkansas Avenue, and it will be available the first of January. It's a two bed and one bath with stove and refrigerator for $425 a month. It's a fantastic location, quiet neighborhood, about 10 minute walk from the Comp Sci building. I've had no problems with it and I'd be happy to keep it for another six months if I was able to.

Looking to rent out a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit that is part of a quadplex in a neighborhood about 5 minutes from the Missouri S&T campus and I-44.

Rent is $540 a month, or $570 with a pet.

The unit includes all standard appliances in the kitchen (stove/over, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator) plus W/D hookups and a 1 car garage. There is even a small deck off the back of the unit that looks out into some woods. Roughly 600 square feet.

This apartment IS leased through Investment Realty. They get a lot of flack around here for their high initial fees and non-refundable deposits. BUT - I am willing to pay all fees associated with move in, i.e., ones that wouldn't get back anyway! These are often $500-$600 dollars.

Looking for two people to take over starting January to August, roommate is going on study abroad and I'm attempting to move out to fill a spot in someone else's house. Clean apartment with new stove! Also has a refrigerator, window A/C unit, washer and dryer in basement. Water is included in rent, so utilities are very cheap. There's a storage area in the basement as well. Sizable pantry and hallway closet.

Apartment is located next door to Student Health on 10th Street, short walk to campus and the gym is practically across the street. Covered parking in back.

My roommate and I had a potential third cancel on us for next year on a very short notice, so we are now looking for a third person to join us.

The apartment is very clean, energy efficient, and by car, is only 5 minutes away from campus. Unfortunately, our landlords don't allow pets :'(

As for included appliances, we have a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, washer / dryer.

The whole apartment is furnished except for the room you would be occupying, so bring a bed and a desk, or something.

3 bed 1 bath house for rent near Center and Country Mart Rolla

Located within walking distance to the Center and Country Mart. Bike ride to campus usually takes me 7-12 minutes.

--3 bedroom with 1 bath all electric. 1100 square feet.Fridge, dishwasher, over the range(OTR) microwave, range included. Washer and dryer hookups in garage. Garage is up for use for parking a vehicle but only one will fit. Has shelving on one wall.

--Updates: Completely re-wired and brought up to NEC standards fall of 2014. Inspected by and signed off by city building inspector and RMU. Window in living room recently replaced with Anderson window. Plans to replace rest of windows in the future. 2 feet of blown insulation added to roof. Carpet in house is approximately 2 years old. Refrigerator( 2 years old) and OTR microwave(less than a year).

--Large back yard, no fencing. Has large concrete patio in back with electric hookup. Neighbors are either college age, late 40s and or retirement age. Very low key and friendly, never have had an issue.

$800 for rent with $650 deposit. I am doing RMU's budget billing right now, my bill is $165 a month for water/electric/sewer/trash. The utilities can be left under my account with the $165 added to the monthly rent, to keep that amount, otherwise RMU requires 1 year of billing for the budget billing. November 1st through October 1st bills are averaged to find the amount. Utility bill would possibly change and then mirror that amount.

I would be okay with a small dog(corgi, dachshund, some type of terrier) and/or a cat or two. A deal could be worked out for lawn care if needed. Currently using Fidelity for internet, but there is a DirecTV dish in the back yard. Wired into the house, just need a receiver if you want satellite TV.

I can begin rent starting in August, would like a 12 month lease and then open to doing month to month thereafter. Working on finishing up painting the house right now. Send me a message if you are interested. I am also willing to sell the house if interested.

The apartment comes equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, clothes washer and dryer, central AC, forced air heating, two off street parking spaces.

The apartment is located a couple of miles from the Missouri S&T campus. I personally drove to campus, but I have seen other students who live in the area take bikes.

Please note that these apartments are both smoke and pet free.

The application fee is $25/person. If accepted you will be required to put down a deposit which is currently listed as $350 on the rental company's website. In addition, a deposit may be required for utility connection services. Utilities are all done through RMU. Their website is linked below. So the initial starting cost for the apartment will approximately consist of: rental application, security deposit, pro-rated first months rent, and deposit for utilities.
