I recently graduated and have accepted a job offer elsewhere. So I am needing to find someone to rent the apartment to. The apartment is a great place to live. It is a 480sq/ft one bedroom one bathroom apartment renting for $485/month. The apartment is available to rent starting January 8, 2015. The apartment comes equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, clothes washer and dryer, central AC, forced air heating, two off street parking spaces.
The apartment is located a couple of miles from the Missouri S&T campus. I personally drove to campus, but I have seen other students who live in the area take bikes.
Please note that these apartments are both smoke and pet free.
The application fee is $25/person. If accepted you will be required to put down a deposit which is currently listed as $350 on the rental company's website. In addition, a deposit may be required for utility connection services. Utilities are all done through RMU. Their website is linked below. So the initial starting cost for the apartment will approximately consist of: rental application, security deposit, pro-rated first months rent, and deposit for utilities.
