Appliance maintenance legaladvice

Hi all.

LA tenant here. Door handle on our refrigerator broke. Our rental agreement has owner’s personal property listed as stove, fridge and microwave. When we put in a request to fix, she stated it would cost $85 for parts and labor. Is this a legitimate charge or is this BS? Thanks.
