Hey Reddit cooks. The wife and I have been incredibly busy and forgot to pull the turkey 3 days ago. What's our best option for getting that bird ready to cook for Sunday around noon. I was thinking refrigerator and cold water tomorrow for a few hours but would appreciate more direction
