My landlord is refusing to look at electrical that is overloading (but not triggering the circuit breaker) shutting down appliances (refrigerator, microwave) and when I unplugged the microwave and toaster the outlet sparked blue and orange.
I was told not to use the microwave and fridge at the same time and that it is a fire hazard. I already list 100-150 worth of groceries and as afraid to use anything in my kitchen for fear of burning down the building.
