Lately we've been having small grocery items appear in our refrigerator out of nowhere. First it was a jar of jelly, then it was a jar of mayo. My husband and I chalked it up to us forgetting that we bought it, but what happened a few minutes ago has me thinking otherwise.
I'm making chicken ranch tacos for dinner, and they call for (of course) ranch dressing. I get into the fridge, get the bottle of ranch, and go to pour some in...
...and it still has the "lift and pull" factory seal on it.
I KNOW we only got one bottle of this dressing, because it was marketed as a "new and improved" recipe and we didn't want to waste a bottle if it turned out we didn't like it. I clearly remember discussing it with my husband. And I KNOW I opened the bottle, because we both dipped a finger in it to taste before using it in another recipe.
We're both wondering where these random condiments are coming from.
