My non-citizen friend lost his SSN, and we can't find it anywhere. I've checked how to hey a new one, but all the required documents (work permit, visa, and foreign passport) have expired.
What should I do? I don't want him to face deportation or arrest.

Edit2: He just found it in his refrigerator, but I'm keeping it here just in case someone else needs it.
