This year, alongside my pickling cucumbers, I decided to grow some lemon cucumbers. My neighbor gave me one last year and I thought it was so cute and had never seen one before! Next thing I know I've got 4 plants on my trellis with cucumbers starting to mature.
I'm already making tons of refrigerator dills with the pickling cucumbers. What does everyone like to do with their lemon cucumbers? I thought about making some sweet pickles with them (I don't usually eat them myself, but they might make great gifts.). What other pickling/preserving recipes can I try with these?
