I have a commercial viking brand refrigerator and freezer in my classroom and both are off by a few degrees. My freezer is at 8°F and my fridge fluctuates between 32°F and 42°F. I don't know the model numbers off hand. Is there anyway to adjust the thermostat without having to call a repair man? I'd like to start stocking up on groceries!
