Long story short. I was working someones home. His medication got knocked over while moving a refrigerator. I hurriedly attempted to scoop them all back up but some fell to the floor. While on the floor my boss walks in & asks what I am doing. I freak, put 7 pills in my pocket to hide until he leaves the room again. I didn't want him suspecting me of stealing pills. We end up finishing the job and I've still got the pills in my pocket. After my boss leaves the house, I stay & go to the front door, knock, & tell the tenant what happened giving him his pills. Now the guy is claiming that I stole ,like, an entire bottle of pills & he's claiming it was Adderal which is a controlled substance. I looked Adderal up, they don't look like what I had. The problem is I have a ten year suspended sentence for selling marijuana & I'm being told that this is going to send me to prison. Is this true? How do I fight this? I've taken great strides in building a good life & this will flush it. I am terrified.
