Has anyone pickled and canned cucamelons, mouse melons, mexican sour gherkins? Canning

I'm growing cucamelons and want to pickle and can them. I have found recipes for refrigerator pickles and read that water-bath canning made them mushy. I have a Brand New pressure canner I'm excited to use.

So, has anyone successfully canned cucamelons before? If so, recipe please?
