Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this/might have any tips as to what to do.
We have a 16MO girl and a 2 MO girl as well as two dogs. We have the dogs' food and water bowls in the kitchen by the refrigerator. Our toddler thinks that going and playing in the dog water and picking up handfuls of dog food to disperse around the house and into the dog water is a great time.
My wife is worried about her going and playing in the dog food while the dogs are eating, because dogs can become defensive and nip.
We've just been telling her, "No, no! We don't play in the dog food/water!" And moving her from the area, but she seems fascinated with it.
Anyone else experienced this? It's been going on for a month or more now.
