As a landlord with roommates, can I install video cameras inside my home to monitor common areas like who comes in the door (from the inside), the refrigerator, and other "common areas" like the living room, generally pointed at my TV or other valuables? [FL] legaladvice

Also, a camera pointed down a hall that leads to a bathroom. This might be more tricky legal wise since it would watch when they enter and leave their room, and when they enter and leave the bathroom.
