Coefficient of performance of a refrigerator? AskPhysics

The Question is:

On a cold day, a heat pump absorbs heat from outside air at -10 C and transfers it into a home at temperature 30 C. Determine the maximum COP of the heat pump

The answer is 7.6

I got the answer to be 6.7 however, when using the equation:

ideal case C.O.P. = T_cold/(T_hot - T_cold)

Is my equation wrong? Isn't COP defined as heat extracted/work necessary to extract that heat?

Thank you!
