Less-Stress Sunday bipolar

What is an easy 10 minute thing we can do to simplify our lives? For example, throw something away (like throw away clothes that don't fit). Another example: throw away old food in the refrigerator. Write a list of your priorities or goals. Do 10 minutes of exercise. Hygiene. Journaling. Drinking Water. Finances. Laundry. Have a conversation. Meditate. Anything that makes you feel more relaxed.
