I'm considering buying a used refrigerator and turning it into a fermentation chamber and kegerator. Essentially, I want to take a French door fridge, and gut the freezer side for room temp (~70F) fermentation and divide the fridge side into one half at ~50F for cellaring and the other half to maintain ~33F for serving. I'm not trying to learn enough to get into refrigerator repair as a profession, but some basic knowledge of how a refrigerator works would be helpful with this project, so any websites or videos would be great. Also, if you have any insight into this project, I would love that too. I appreciate any recommendations!
