Hi. My upstairs neighbor's refrigerator, resonate sound down through the concrete building and emits low-frequency noises throughout my apartment . Almost like a humming when her compressor starts. It's driving me crazy.
Will rubber pads solve the problem? Or is there anything else I can do?
