Disclaimer: I haven't actually tried growing wasabi in Israel. I'm talking strictly hypothetically. However, I did a quick search and came up with several mentions that wasabi is grown here.
If one were to grow a plant that requires almost full shade and temperature between -5C and 25C in an area that is extremely sunny and between 10C and 35C, how would one do it?
I was thinking inside a refrigerator, under one of those UV grow lights.
Any thoughts?
