I have never had white chicken chili before. It looks good, but it isn't something I have ever thought about trying.
I am changing that tomorrow.
However, I have a strict "let chili sit in the refrigerator for a day before eating it" rule. Does white chicken chili count for this? I know the obvious answer is "do what you want!" but I am curious what everyone else thinks!
