Hello everybody.
I'm interested in adopting a ketogenic diet to lose some fat. The only problem is that I live on a college campus and my dietary choices are pretty restricted. Almost every food in the dining hall is extremely carb-heavy. I have unlimited access to grilled chicken tenderloins and hamburger patties, although I'm not sure what % fat. There's a salad bar with normal fare as well. I live in a regular dorm room and I only have a microwave and small refrigerator/freezer.
I'm 6'5, 265 lbs, 18 years old. ~18% BF.
Is it possible for me to successfully enter ketosis with these limited options? Thanks in advance.
