A couple of months ago I was in my room, and my mom was in the kitchen. For me to get to the kitchen from my room, I have to open the door, make a right down our hallway, walk for 2 Mississippi seconds, and boom there it is. I hear her putting things away in the refrigerator. Then she turns the sink on, then turns it off. Then 3 seconds later I hear the shower turn on. Really. 3 seconds exactly. Now this is weird because it would be impossible for her to get from the kitchen to the bathroom in that amount of time. There are only 2 bathrooms in our house. The one on my side of the house, and the one near my parents' room on the other side of the house. She was using the latter. To get from the kitchen to that bathroom, she would have to cross the dining room, the living room and another hallway. It would take 7 Mississippi seconds to actually get there. But I kept this to myself, because what would I say? I'd look crazy. And today something else happened. I was walking down my driveway towards my backyard. The front half of the backyard is concrete, the back half is grass. I see my dog on the concrete part walking around slowly, just sniffing. I open the gate to gain access to my backyard, then shut it. While shutting it I looked away from my dog, and this was the only time I looked away from my dog. When the gate was completely shut, I looked back up again. This took exactly 2 seconds. And I see my dog in a different spot. At the very back of the backyard(the grass part, next to the end wall) taking a shit! My first reaction was laughing like a maniac, because it was just so random. But now I find it so weird because, well, it's a glitch. For him to have gone from that one spot to the other, it would've taken 5 Mississippi seconds. And I would've heard him too because of his jingly collars. And add an extra second or two for him to assume the shitting position. Just so weird. So, these two events were quite literally glitches. They remind me of when your character respawns in a video game.
