I have a side-by-side freezer/refrigerator. Yesterday I came home for lunch and all the ice-cream in my freezer was melted and the inside didn't feel cold (it felt warmer than the fridge). I had to run back to work so I didn't remove anything from the freezer. When I came back home about 5 hours later, everything was frozen again and the air inside the freezer was visibly cold. Today when I got back home from work everything was melted again. Ideas on how to troubleshoot or what the issue could be would be awesome. Thanks.
