How long will thawed cooked chicken last in the refrigerator? budgetfood

Okie dokie, new years resolution time and I made way too many chicken breasts for my diet. So I was gonna put some in my fridge to be eaten for the next 3 days and the remainder in the freezer.

So my question is when I take the frozen cooked chicken out of the freezer can I keep it in the fridge to be eaten over a 3 day period or will it spoil faster?

I'd rather not have 20 tiny bags of chicken in my freezer if I can avoid it.
