I am so fucking sick of these disgusting THINGS! fatpeoplehate

Hello! I am your friendly neighborhood Delivery Man. I use an appliance dolly or 4 wheel dolly for everything we deliver and install, unless it is something like a couch, in which case we carry it. There is always 2 of us, no more(no matter how heavy the item is).

I deliver 1000 pound gun safes, couches, refrigerators, dishwashers, saunas, vending machines, ovens, Over-the-range microwaves, bedroom sets, jacuzzis, you name it. When it comes to the appliances, we install those as well. I usually have about 12 stops a day, and I work about 50-75 hours a week, depending on the time of year(Black Friday sales, 4th of July sales).

Every fucking time, I make sure to call 30 minutes ahead of the delivery, so the person can be ready for us. We obviously need clutter-free passages from our truck to the ultimate destination of the item we are delivering. These fat fucking cunts almost always turn my 10 hour day into a 15 hour day. SHOCKINGLY, my troubles usually begin when I am delivering a fridge. The average weight of fridges I deliver is about 400 lbs. Not light, especially if there is a lot of steps.

Here is a list of Common Crimes Against Me by fat fucks:

  • They never have a clear path inside the house. There is ALWAYS garbage, clothes, books, other debris in the way. Often, they are hoarders, and have maybe cleared a foot-wide pathway through the house to their kitchen. I am dollying a heavy fridge. I need more.

  • I have had to refuse t do multiple dishasher installs because there is dog or cat shit on their kitchen floor, preventing me from laying down to get under the dish so I can hardwire it.

  • Often, when they have NOT payed for install, and only payed for a crated delivery(in the box, no installation), they will lie to me and try to get installation free. I offer to add it to the paperwork, but they say no, they want installation, they already paid enough for the appliance, and I must be too lazy to do my job.

  • During the winter, while it is snowing, they refuse to shovel their walkways and driveways. I had a 400+ pound man tell me to shovel his driveway when I was delivering his 800 pound gun safe. He tried to hand me the shovel to do it. Nope. Not my job. Even with a 400 pound fridge, you cannot dolly through snow or over ice. Appliance dollys do not work that way. They always claim that they had no idea they needed to shovel. Like I can levitate a fucking fridge.

  • I have installed washers and dryers(for some reason the weirdest people must purchase new washers and dryers) while the fat man or woman was naked, I had one lady masturbate while we were carrying the appliances in(we carry these because it builds strength. Easier than a dolly). We just kept our heads down and focused on the job.

  • They are always lying about supposed damage done to their house during delivery. I always admit damage. Even if the customer did not see it happen, I will point out my mistake. Fatties just try to get my company to pay for new carpet/flooring.

  • They try to get us to do plumbing/electric/carpentry work to get their appliances installed. Because of liability, I can't do shit like fix a customer's plumbing to install a dishwasher, or cut their cabinets to make their brand-new giant-ass fridge fit in the space provided. We just install, vanilla style. But they ALWAYS try to get us to do what they should have done before buying a 600-4000 dollar appliance.

  • I always go above and beyond to make the customer happy, and I usually get a genuine handshake, or if we are lucky, a tip. NEVER from the Butter Golems. A lot of times, they just let us in then sit on their couch and graze. That is good sometimes, but they are rarely even polite.

There are a ton of specific stories, but those are just the average, happens-all-the-time type deals. Oh, and I work in the Midwest. /rant

EDIT: Also, they never measure when they buy a high dollar item. They just assume we will make it fit, no matter what. Usually for fridges. New fridges are HUGE, and they don't bother to measure the space. Fucking pigs.

Hams at Disney World fatpeoplehate

I spent the weekend at Disney World with my family and it was great weekend!

BUT

The amount of hams in wheelchairs and scooters was just disgusting. They didn't have anything wrong with them besides the fact that they were too fat and lazy to walk around the park or stand on line like the rest of us. It was disgusting.

In good news, I found out that pretty much my entire family is made up of shitlords. Even my mom, who rarely speaks negative about anyone said something about it.

Me: "They shouldn't be allowed to get a wheelchair because they are fat and too lazy."

Mom: "Yeah, they don't seem to have a problem getting up and walking to refrigerator!"

It made my day!

TL;DR Lazy hams in wheelchairs at Disney & my mom is a shitlord

I have a little "essay" for you on ham delusion, comfort seeking, and a few half-baked theories: fatpeoplehate

TLDR; our complex human brains have two parts, the primary lizard brain that seeks comforts and survival, and the secondary rational brain that struggles to overcome the primary brain's urges. It found a way to do so, creating shame and guilt to use comfort against the lizard brain, but the discovery of FA and HAES for weak minded people has disarmed and impeded shame from doing its work. Rationality has to find a new way to make the lizard brain uncomfortable with comfort.

During my time at university I learned about an interesting theory that rationality stemmed from language, and not the other way around. When we developed the physical capacity to make sounds, our minds had to catch up in order to understand those sounds and utilize them to make speech. You don't need to be smart to yell, but you need to be smart to understand what another person is yelling about Speech first, then rationality.

If this is true, (and for sake of argument let's say it is,) rationality is secondary to our primal instincts, emotions and desires come first. Remember this: rationality and decision making come second. This can explain a lot of things; why we are afraid of the dark even though we know there isn't a monster under the bed. Why we fall in love with people who we cannot be with. Why we want things we should not have. Why panic attacks can linger for hours even after a trigger has passed (crowds, for example). Why we buy things we cannot afford. Our primary, "lizard brain" desires, and our first instinct is to satisfy that desire. Prepare for the monster that isn't there, buy the thing you don't need, love the married person you can't have.

This means the ability to control your primal urges and natural instinct takes an incredible feat of rational strength. You have to convince your lizard brain to change its mind, using your own rationality. The weak secondary brain has to overpower the strong primary brain that got you from the beginning of life on planet Earth into the 21th century alive.

Hold this thought; we'll come back to it in just a moment.

Now, almost all things humans have invented have been invented to make our lives easier. Toilets so we don't have to hike off and bury our shit, pens with ink so we don't have to remember everything, airplanes so we don't have to make a pilgrimage every time we want to visit family. Agricultural progress so we don't have to struggle to eat. Pantries and refrigerators so we can store copious amounts of food for months.

We invent these things because our primal nature wants many things, but ultimately, comfort. Comfort means safety. If you are comfortable it means you're not being hunted, you're not sick, you're not starving, you're not in danger. Comfort is the perfect life. Our primitive lizard brain seeks comfort and our rationality develops it for us. For the most part, this has led to our progress and survival.

But we went too far. We have too much of a good thing.

Coming full circle, our own rationality has fed our lizard brain to maximum comfort, which becomes an overdose so to speak, and only the rationality can undo it. The fatty's rational mind bought a fridge and food to stock it and a couch to sit on, all to feed the lizard brain. It overdosed on comfort, it got fat, it damaged itself. The lizard brain is evolved to survive, not thrive, it can't recognize the concept of "too much". The rational mind was allowed to do this overdose because it directly assisted the lizard brain. But what they need is for the rational brain to overcome the lizard brain and go against it, for their mind to overcome their body's desires.

If you are rationally weak, you will not be able to overcome the primal urge to seek comfort and you will not be able to cope with discomfort for the sake of better things. Fat people have weak minds, and will use the rational part of their brain to latch onto HAES to further satisfy their lizard brain without the internal battle that creates shame and guilt. Shame and guilt come from the rational brain knowing it is not assisting greater things, even at the lizard brain's expense.

What we as a society, and more so what fat people need, is to understand and accept that while comfort feels good, it is no longer good for us. We want it to be good, we think it is good, because it pleases our strong, primary brain. The core and cause of our success. Our desire for comfort allowed us to escape from predators, provide for ourselves, breed. We need to use our secondary, rational mind to fight that now. We need to look at the facts that disagree with our lizard brain and admit that even if they feel bad they are good. We need to recognize that comfort is the enemy now.

Being physically comfortable; not exercising, eating treats, sitting down, is bad for us. It signals "survival" to the stupid lizard brain but it says, "I am dying" to the rational brain. The rational brain, the scientific studier of facts, tells us that we are sick, unhealthy, dying, that we have to change. This disagreement in our own heads creates shame. It creates guilt and self-loathing because it bothers us (and it should) that our rationality cannot outweigh our instinct and our want.

This would have helped us, it would have sparked the change that would have saved us from the obesity epidemic, until the lizard brain found a new weapon to disarm our rationality: "You're perfect just the way you are, you don’t have to change. Society is the problem, you're beautiful!" HAES. HAES feeds both the rational mind that is weak and tired and our lizard brain that seeks comfort from everything, even the shame that rationality was giving us. Rationality was winning by creating shame so uncomfortable that more comfort (food, couch time, TV) made it worse. Rationality’s shame had found a way to use comfort against the lizard brain and HAES has shut it down for every person with a frail rational mind.

The rational mind is exhausted from shame and struggling to usurp the primary brain, and while we shitizens use each other and the world around us to strengthen our rational brain to overcome our lizard brain, the weaker minded people gave up, latched onto FA and HAES as their salvation from discomfort. Once again, the rational mind has to find a way to use the comfort of FA and HAES against the lizard brain.

Any ideas how?

How to lose weight in 40 easy ways fatpeoplehate

From http://ift.tt/1pChhdB

  • Write down what you eat for one week and you will lose weight. Studies found that people who keep food diaries wind up eating about 15 percent less food than those who don’t. Watch out for weekends: A University of North Carolina study found people tend to consume an extra 115 calories per weekend day, primarily from alcohol and fat. Then cut out or down calories from spreads, dressings, sauces, condiments, drinks, and snacks; they could make the difference between weight gain and loss.

Calories from liquids don't count

  • Add 10 percent to the amount of daily calories you think you’re eating. If you think you’re consuming 1,700 calories a day and don’t understand why you’re not losing weight, add another 170 calories to your guesstimate. Chances are, the new number is more accurate. Adjust your eating habits accordingly.

The two pizzas, 2 litre coke and 1.25 litre mountain dew? I ate 20 calories more than I thought!

  • Get an online weight loss buddy to lose more weight. A University of Vermont study found that online weight-loss buddies help you keep the weight off. The researchers followed volunteers for 18 months. Those assigned to an Internet-based weight maintenance program sustained their weight loss better than those who met face-to-face in a support group.

Check your privilege shitlord!

  • Get a mantra. You’ve heard of a self-fulfilling prophecy? If you keep focusing on things you can’t do, like resisting junk food or getting out the door for a daily walk, chances are you won’t do them. Instead (whether you believe it or not) repeat positive thoughts to yourself. “I can lose weight.” “I will get out for my walk today.” “I know I can resist the pastry cart after dinner.” Repeat these phrases and before too long, they will become true for you.

I decided to run a marathon and beat my personal best by 12 hours!

  • After breakfast, stick to water. At breakfast, go ahead and drink orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water instead of juice or soda. The average American consumes an extra 245 calories a day from soft drinks. That’s nearly 90,000 calories a year—or 25 pounds! And research shows that despite the calories, sugary drinks don’t trigger a sense of fullness the way that food does.

I drink 4 bottles of Vitamin Water every day! Vitamins are negative calories!

  • Eat three fewer bites of your meal, one less treat a day, or one less glass of orange juice. Doing any of these can save you about 100 calories a day, and that alone is enough to prevent you from gaining the two pounds most people mindlessly pack on each year.

It's difficult swallowing a bite of pizza with only two chews

  • Watch one less hour of TV. A study of 76 undergraduate students found the more they watched television, the more often they ate and the more they ate overall. Sacrifice one program (there’s probably one you don’t really want to watch anyway) and go for a walk instead.

So only 6 hours a day? That's not fair!

  • Wash something thoroughly once a week. Whether that’s a floor, a couple of windows, the shower stall, bathroom tile, or your car, a 150-pound person will burn about four calories for every minute spent cleaning. Scrub for 30 minutes and you could work off approximately 120 calories, the same number in a half-cup of vanilla frozen yogurt.

I wash my hands twice a week, that's 500 extra calories I burn!

  • Wait until your stomach rumbles before you reach for food. It’s stunning how often we eat out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration—so often, in fact, that many of us have actually forgotten what physical hunger feels like. If you’re hankering for a specific food, it’s probably a craving, not hunger. If you’d eat anything you could get your hands on, chances are you’re truly hungry. Find ways other than eating to express love, tame stress, and relieve boredom.

If I have to wait an hour between meals, my body will go into starvation mode!

  • Sniff a banana, an apple, or a peppermint when you feel hungry. You might feel silly, but it works. When Alan R. Hirsch, M.D., neurological director of the Smell & Taste Treatment and Research Foundation in Chicago, tried this with 3,000 volunteers, he found that the more frequently people sniffed, the less hungry they were and the more weight they lost—an average of 30 pounds each. One theory is that sniffing the food tricks the brain into thinking you’re actually eating it.

Sucking is the same as sniffing, as long as you're not chewing. As long as your mind thinks your sniffing the Mentos, you can have 5 packs a day and not put on any weight

  • Stare at the color blue. There’s a good reason you won’t see many fast-food restaurants decorated in blue: it functions as an appetite suppressant. So serve up dinner on blue plates, dress in blue while you eat, and cover your table with a blue tablecloth. Conversely, avoid red, yellow, and orange in your dining areas. Studies find they encourage eating.

Blue M&M's have no calories!

  • Eat in front of mirrors and you’ll lose weight. One study found that eating in front of mirrors slashed the amount people ate by nearly one-third. Having to look yourself in the eye reflects back some of your own inner standards and goals, and reminds you of why you’re trying to lose weight in the first place.

This does not work. The last month I ordered a third Big Mac meal for dinner every day and ate it in front of the bathroom mirror. I didn't lose any weight!

  • Spend 10 minutes a day walking up and down stairs. The Centers for Disease Control says that’s all it takes to help you shed as much as 10 pounds a year (assuming you don’t start eating more).

Escalators are stairs. I take them up and down every day but my genetics make me put on more weight.

  • Walk five minutes for at least every two hours. Stuck at a desk all day? A brisk five-minute walk every two hours will parlay into an extra 20-minute walk by the end of the day. And getting a break will make you less likely to reach for snacks out of antsiness.

I walk 7 minutes every two hours. McDonalds doesn't deliver after all!

  • You’ll lose weight and fat if you walk 45 minutes a day, not 30. The reason we’re suggesting 45 minutes instead of the typical 30 is that a Duke University study found that while 30 minutes of daily walking is enough to prevent weight gain in most relatively sedentary people, exercise beyond 30 minutes results in weight and fat loss. Burning an additional 300 calories a day with three miles of brisk walking (45 minutes should do it) could help you lose 30 pounds in a year without even changing how much you’re eating.

I walk 49 minutes a day, in 12 hours to McDonalds to keep my sugahs up

  • Don’t buy any prepared food that lists sugar, fructose, or corn syrup among the first four ingredients on the label. You should be able to find a lower-sugar version of the same type of food. If you can’t, grab a piece of fruit instead! Look for sugar-free varieties of foods such as ketchup, mayonnaise, and salad dressing. Also, avoid partially hydrogenated foods, and look for more than two grams of fiber per 100 calories in all grain products. Finally, a short ingredient list means fewer flavor enhancers and empty calories.

The Big Mac is not prepared, I have to put fries in it to complete the burgah!

  • Put your fork or spoon down between every bite. At the table, sip water frequently. Intersperse your eating with stories for your dining partner of the amusing things that happened during your day. Your brain lags your stomach by about 20 minutes when it comes to satiety (fullness) signals. If you eat slowly enough, your brain will catch up to tell you that you are no longer in need of food.

So eating with your hands means no calories?

  • Throw out your “fat” clothes for good. Once you’ve started losing weight, throw out or give away every piece of clothing that doesn’t fit. The idea of having to buy a whole new wardrobe if you gain the weight back will serve as a strong incentive to stay fit.

I buy a new wardrobe every year, it contains an extra X

  • Close the kitchen for 12 hours. After dinner, wash all the dishes, wipe down the counters, turn out the light, and, if necessary, tape closed the cabinets and refrigerator. Late-evening eating significantly increases the overall number of calories you eat, a University of Texas study found. Stopping late-night snacking can save 300 or more calories a day, or 31 pounds a year.

It's not a snack if it contains negative calories from a drink

  • Walk before dinner and you’ll cut calories AND your appetite. In a study of 10 obese women conducted at the University of Glasgow in Scotland, 20 minutes of walking reduced appetite and increased sensations of fullness as effectively as a light meal.

I walk from the house to the car to drive to McDonalds. My appetite is suppressed a bit

Why We Hate Fat People - A Manifesto fatpeoplehate

In light of recent news that fat advocates are mobilizing against the subreddit "fatpeoplehate" I have drafted a manifesto itemizing and providing support for reasons why fat people are hated, with the objective of helping those who are on the fence about "fatpeoplehate" see the harm fat people cause and rally with the supporters of the subreddit. I will spend no time trying to convince fat people to hate themselves, if becoming obese is not enough to do this (or at least cause one to admit this) there are no words I could express to achieve that objective. I will discuss specific reasons why fat people are hated, which I am confident will be fairly comprehensive, but I welcome comments discussing reasons I may have missed. In addition, should any of you feel the need to lash out at me in comments, feel free (be careful though, those of you who would lash out at me probably have high blood pressure and could have a heart attack).

Reason #1: Fat people sully the backdrop of everyday life. Everyday I commute into a city via public transportation, as I have done so for years. 30 years ago, I would see plenty of unattractive people during my commute, but the number of times my commute is disrupted by a repulsive fat schlub these days is staggering. Fat people simply make the landscape of everyday life, whether urban, at the beach, even on nature hikes, less pleasing to the eye. No one likes it when a big fatso passes one's line of sight, it invokes repulsion.

Reason #2: Fat people decrease the pool of acceptable mates. This reason is somewhat related to the above reason. What's something all of us can say about a "before and after" weight loss picture? That the "after" picture features someone who is looking MUCH better. Sometimes, the person in the "after" picture is actually hot! It is simply unacceptable that in everyday situations to meet partners, the pool of people we would be willing to flirt with is unnecessarily diminished by hoards of big fat fucks. It's not fair to people who have treated their bodies responsibly to be denied access to a healthy pool of potential partners due to the selfish self-abuse of the hams.

Reason #3: Fat people take up too much room This is just simple physical science. Fat people take up more of their fair share of space. Two similar examples come to mind:

a) Sidewalks: Most sidewalks are designed for normal sized individuals to allow two way single-file traffic. Somehow, some people think it's ok when a big disgusting fatty takes up the whole sidewalk to him/herself. If someone were to walk down the sidewalk holding a huge refrigerator box (held sideways), someone would stop that person and say "lose the fucking box!" Why then is it socially unacceptable for someone to say, "Hey fatty. You are disrupting sidewalk traffic. Go chase traffic in the road and lose a few"? Is it because it's someone's "right" to be fat? Well it's someone's right to walk down the sidewalk with a humongous refrigerator box too, but that wouldn't fly for long before someone spoke up. Not to mention, at least the person with a refrigerator box can walk at a normal speed and at least keep one lane of foot traffic flowing at a reasonable rate.

b) Trains and airplanes: We all paid the same amount for our tickets. Yet, the big fatty gets more room because the disgusting ass flop won't fit in the seat otherwise. Sometimes the person sitting next to Jabba on the plane can’t even have an armrest due to needing to push it up to accommodate Jabba’s fat ass. How is that fair to a person who respects one's own body and paid good money for a plane ticket, but ends up getting pressed against slimy, sweaty, smelly fat? On a train, sometimes the reasonably sized person can't even get a seat because all the two sweaters are filled up by single-seated big fat schlubs. The above reason can be applied to many areas, elevators and ski lifts (yes some fatties ski) to name a couple more.

Reason #4: Fatties reduce accessibility to healthy food options. Ever been to Southern California, especially near the beach? If not, let me tell you there are massive amounts of healthy and delicious food options available. Because in Southern California, if you are fat, you are justly shamed. So there are fewer fat people. Therefore, if a business wants to make money in the food business, the business needs to cater to the tastes of reasonably sized people. Everywhere else, what do you see? Greasy fast food shithouses filled with disgusting slop. Because of the purchasing power of hams as a whole, due to their numbers and the sheer amount of food they consume, most eateries and food markets focus on the fatty target market. This means us reasonably sized people just have just the option of Subway (which SUCKS, fuck you Jared), a smattering of reasonable options hidden in menus full of otherwise disgusting food options, and Whole Foods (which is too fucking overpriced). You are poisoning the nation fatties!

Reason #5: Fat people are disproportionally increasing the cost of healthcare. There are many irresponsible life choices that contribute to the increased cost of healthcare. But the fatties seem to get a pass. For example, where I work, smokers have to pay a higher health insurance premium and we drug test candidates as a pre-hire requirement to prevent junkies from getting on the plan. Now why on Earth would that concept not also apply to the obeasts? After all, the number one killer (at least in the US) is coronary heart disease, which is more prevalent in smokers and the obese. Why shouldn't fatsos pay for their fair share of healthcare? Not to mention, fat families have fat kids, tell their kids “It’s OK to be fat”, rob these poor children of years of life, and give these kids a head start to an unhealthy life (which will be artificially prolonged at the expense of healthcare). Granted, rising cost of healthcare is more complicated than the obesity epidemic alone, but we cannot ignore that fat significant add to the bill. It's only fair that fats pay for that premium.

I hope you embrace this message and join me, and those who embrace the “fatpeoplehate” subreddit, in shaming the fat lards into making better choices for themselves and for the rest of the world.

Re-watching American Dad, decent amount of shitlording going on fatpeoplehate

So, I'm watching American Dad Season 2 Episode 2, "The American Dad After School Special," and there's a ton of shitlording, it's awesome.

The central issue of the show is a really sad message and is a great plot, but there's a great subplot where Steve, the son, starts dating a fat chick.

Here's some of the quotes (for the uninitiated, Stan is the father, Francine is the wife, Hayley is the daughter and Steve is the son, and I'm only transcribing shitlording):

Stan - "Where's Debbie, behind that fat girl?"

Steve - "No, Dad, that's..."

Stan - "Is the fat girl going to lead us to Debbie? She's carrying a purse, she must have a map to Debbie in her purse."

Steve - "NO, DAD, THAT'S DEBBIE."

Stan - "...TO THE PANIC ROOM!!!"

cut to Smith family in the panic room

Francine - "Stan, you're being ridiculous. We have a guest out there!"

Stan - "Francine, try to show some panic, our SON is DATING A FATTY!"

Francine - "You apologize to our son!"

Stan - "FOR WHAT?!?" to Steve "YOU BROUGHT FAT INTO OUR HOUSE!!!"

Steve - "You'd like Debbie if you got to know her, Dad, there's more to her than you think!"

Stan - "THERE'S MORE OF HER?!?"

Debbie enters and Stan watches through the camera

Debbie - "Hello? Anybody home?"

Stan - "She smells people food. Don't worry, she'll just rummage around the refrigerator and retreat back to her lair."

Later on:

Hayley - "That's so unfair, Dad, overweight people have it hard enough being disgusting without you making fun of them."

My favorite Short Girl Way to Fatshame fatpeoplehate

..The drinks I like (Master brew kombucha/GTs kombucha) are on the top shelf at my local store. I cannot reach by a considerable amount, and there's never anyone who works there to ask to get them down so -not gonna ask a random unless its a shitlord/lady- ... I climb the refrigerator to get them.. without breaking it because

a. I'm not fat,

b. I'm used to mountain climbing so I know how to be safe

bonuses include getting the drinks I want and making haters hate more, shaming them with my choice and also shoving any beetus juice way, way back so fatties can't get it without a little strain. :')

How I became a shitlady - and how CandyCrush became the art which imitated life. [Rant] fatpeoplehate

I believed people couldn't be blamed for their circumstances. That there would always be some factor I didn't know about - people I thought was lazy, might have ME, depression, or some other condition. Even with fat people I'd be lenient - deep into the Woods of Conditions I was well on my way to becoming an ally to the obese. It wasn't their fault, I thought. It could be genetics. Depression. Lousy upbringing. I didn't know any better. I must admit, I didn't really know any fat people well enough to know how fucked up their logic is.

So, I started a new BA at uni, and immediately got into this clique. We were a diverse bunch, kinda outsider-y, but in a good way. We all noticed this huge - and I mean huge - girl in our class, how alone she was and took pity on her. We included her in our group, and... boy. Wow.

She would eat all the time. I mean, literately all the time - and at the beginning of the year all our professors said we couldn't eat during class. Hammy don't care. Hammy gonna eat crisps during someone else's presentation. I had to tell her on a bunch of occasions that her food was noisy, and she'd keep eating more often than not, excusing herself by saying she missed breakfast. As if that was a valid excuse.

She was loud. So, very, very loud. In the cafeteria, she'd almost shout about her sexual encounters, her lack of friends, her stupid ex, her brother (whom she lived with, also a ham), medical conditions and everything else the rest of us would whisper. If we responded, her answers would be as loud as always, so we never told her anything worth discussing because we were nervous she'd repeat it. I became so bothered by being around her and her crackling bags of crisps that I started dreading having to deal with her - but I was always civilized. I used to feel bad for her, after all.

This one time, she told me - very candidly - that she didn't understand why she was so very, very fat. I asked if she worked out. Nope. Asked her if maybe she was eating unhealthy food. Nope, wasn't that either. Had to be something else. Perhaps something medical. Or perhaps genetic? Everyone in her family was fat, after all. This conversation was had over a salad dripping with thick, thick dressing.

I was at her apartment once, because me, her and two girls from the clique were going out drinking and we stopped by her place on our way downtown - and I shit you not, there was candy everywhere. Two big bowls of crisps on the coffee table, a bowl of sweets in the windowsill, and her refrigerator was filled with soda. Her cupboards were filled to the point of things falling out, by crisps, crackers - all kinds of shit.

I asked her: "Are you expecting guests?" and she looked at me as if I spoke another language.

I'm so glad she isn't in my class anymore. She dropped out because of medical condishuns, but up until then, she relied on us to complete her assignments. She didn't bother reading the syllabus, and we had to explain it to her. She clung to us like a big, fat tick and once she got her jaws in, none of us had the balls to cut her loose. Knowing her made me a shitlady.

I had to delete her from my Facebook because of the incessant CandyCrush spam. If that isn't ironic, I don't know what is.

Looks like I'm not buying the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition. They put a fat fuck in it. How pathetic and disgusting. I prefer my cottage cheese in the refrigerator! fatpeoplehate

You know you're a useless fat fuck when... fatpeoplehate

Backstory, my dad is gay and has a partner. He just turned 58 and used to go to the gym with me when I was a teenager until he got with an older, much more affluent man and let himself go to pudding. I got his ass back in the gym with me today after a good 3 month hiatus, which was more like a 5 year hiatus because whores go to church more often than he works out. Basically, he's like 6'6" almost an entire foot taller than me, and weighs almost 275 even, which is double my weight. His height really hides the fact that he looks like a fucking ice cream cone in the middle of the summer. He knew that he was a fat fuck when I was not only doing more reps and sets than he was, but I was also using more weight than he was. We only did about 7 exercises before he wanted to go home and when he got there, he went straight to the refrigerator and poured himself a glass of Pepsi. THIS. IS. WHY. YOU'RE. A. FAT. DISGUSTING. FUCK.

I'm a fit truck driver. I hate 4/5 of my coworkers. fatpeoplehate

Literally everywhere I go I cannot help running into some fatass who struggles to climb into his own truck. I say more than 80% of the drivers in the industry are walking tubs of lard. And its a goddamn shame because its actually so easy to stay fit without normal temptations like bad snacks/meals & eating & drinking with friends, etc. I have a refrigerator with healthy produce, cheeses, and deli meats. And a milk crate stocked with almonds, pork rinds, peanuts, jerky, etc.

The common excuse is the terrible food and snacks, that planets are forced to "fucking demolish" because its all that's on offer at a truck stop. Bullshit! Every fast food joint/ country pride/ Denny's/ has a great selection of healthy balanced dinners with lean meats and veggies. And restaurant salads are great, I've never complained about a mcD's or BK salad.

Its your choice to saddle up that buffet (Big Ugly Fat Fucks Eating Together), or get a few triple stacked fat pills with extra mayo. No one forced you down the candy aisle, or over to the coke machine FOR YOUR 126OZ REFILL!!

It's your choice and I hope you all choke.

P.S. Once you're that fat as a driver you lose all self respect and let your hygeine go also. Showers, laundrymats, babywipes all become a waste of time on the quest to outweigh the load you're hauling.
