To puff or not to puff that is my question. Drugs

Ive been clean for 1yr and 10months. When I say clean I mean clean no drugs no cigarettes no alcohol no weed. I just got into my Airbnb and there is a fresh loaded bowl with some dank bud on top of the refrigerator. My wife is asleep, were at the beach and were going surfing in about an hour. Question should I sneak a toke or not? Weed was not my problem but many have told me it could lead me back down a path to addiction. What do yall think?

Ketamine Time Travel Drugs

I have recently done a couple trip reports on ketamine. One was very negative where I ended up flushing half a liter but the rest were very enjoyable indeed.

Having been done doing ketamine for about 16 years I don't do it unless I want to be blasted directly into the k-hole. When I started doing it I used to sniff it but eventually moved on to injecting for more direct results.

When I started I was snorting about 50 mg then a hundred ended up doing gram lines I know when I moved on to injecting 100 mg was more than enough to send me deep into the rabbit hole.

I go into my bedroom with a candles and prepare for blast off. I load 100 mg into the syringe injected into my arm and lay down quickly. The best description I have of ketamine is the feeling of being a loaded into a cannon and shot into outer space to explore different dimensions. Usually a bunch of Darkness my physical body is no more what I always flying through the dark in the universe I see the light they look like stars I've never encountered any people but I had a strong feeling of a female entity with me as I go through a few dyemensions before usually settling into one and then falling back into this reality.

Of course one of my trips pushed even my own boundaries. 300 mg was prepared into a syringe and proceeded to blast off. Darkness. Flying through the abyss as usual except this time I found myself surrounded by what I would called demons they were all wearing strange robes or ribbons around their bodies they had to wait white makeup on their faces and red painting on them as well.

I was in a pod and I couldn't move these people had me surrounded and we're walking me to some place I knew was not good. They were chanting and I was scared I had never experienced this kind of a trip before. No you have the wrong person please let me go I was yelling at them to stop trying to plead with them they didn't want to hear it they kept chanting in their strange language incoherent to me not caring what I had to say and leading me to sacrifice and certain death

But that didn't happen I started to fade away there falling backwards through eternity and finding my body once again

Still In A Daze I went to the refrigerator found a half a liter I have left and proceeded to flush the remainder into the toilet. I was certain God was trying to send me a message that he didn't want me to do this and it had me just about scared enough to flush my whole stash which is something that's never happened to me

I had a similar experience once on mescaline where I was in a pod and I was yelling and there were people around me but all they did was looking me then go about their business while I said please I'm in here I'm alive do not leave me here but these people didn't care and just said to themselves this person thinks he is important. I never touched mescaline after there but I hope this doesn't discourage me from future ketamine Endeavors because it is now my favorite substance.

Of course reading MIT articles on ketamine bending time and space and making time travel possible through the use of ketamine kind of reinforces my beliefs but I pray you all to do your own research and not take anyone's word for it but your own perhaps ketamine can be used recreationally but the k-hole should be reserved for some serious space searchers and real trippers it is not to be taken lightly.

Mostly positive experience and one negative they are all pretty much the same a true dissociative where your body is no more. You usually have a bunch of thoughts but one of those are overwhelming living inside your own head becomes boring things you just leave your body completely and into the void you go. No matter what happens I learned something on ketamine every time. I usually have very complex ideas for my own life and for the life of man and the advancement of mankind. It's like I have a revelation on it every single time but when I come back to the physical body I try and write it down only to figure out I cannot spell anymore and when I regain my ability to spell my great breakthrough ideas have perished almost like I have tapped into a forbidden of void and I'm forbidden to bring back any information whatsoever

I've had addictions with benzodiazepines and opioids over the years and I've had to deal with withdrawal and the depression that comes with stopping the drug but ketamine has never been addicted to me mentally nor physically I can always take it or leave it and now that I'm done with pretty much every single drug including marijuana except for ketaman I am happy with what it brings me and my research continues

It is brought me into spirituality a hundred times more than I was before. I now sincerely believe in God and that there is so much out there that we cannot see in our day-to-day lives. Again I ask you not to take my word for it and to do your own research into this but I seriously think that ketamine makes space travel possible totally bending tie in space

I lived with Shipibo shamans in the jungle for a year taking ayahuasca and trying to kick my cocaine habit, but I relapsed and started stabbing myself. Drugs

(Some of you have been reading these. if you don't think they are real, I understand. It's crazy stuff, but I am telling the story the best I can remember it. Also I was a troubled piece of garbage.)

I am son to a family of shamans who live in the jungles of Peru, if you can believe it. My mother’s name is Marina and the closest to me. She gets on Facebook and sends me pictures of what they’ve done to the house in Pucallpa or in the village where her brothers and sisters live. Hola, hijo. Te quiero mucho. Te extranamos. Hi, son. I love you a lot. We miss you.

Second closest is Erika. We called her Yuri when she was a girl, but she goes by Erika now and learned English. I had been closest to Brian when I lived there, but he was only a toddler then. He’s 13 now and can hardly hold a conversation on the phone when they call. There are seven kids, and I am the eighth.

Cheo arranged for the guys making the movie to accompany me to Peru, and we stayed at Gustavo’s hotel in Pisac. They planned to make the movie about Gustavo’s community, but decided that my stories of addiction and the dynamic of trying to change my life in the jungle with the Shipibo tribe was more viable and certainly more interesting than whatever they had planned with Gustavo. It was a funny thing for them to choose me, because they only came with me to make sure that I didn’t disappear on a coke binge before I got to the jungle. Now they would make their movie about me. They called it, A Crooked Line and would spend over 500,000 dollars over four years to document absolutely no change in me.

Gustavo took us to different places around the area and taught us about the Andean culture. It was a profound experience for all of us to learn about the beautiful way of life destroyed by Spanish colonization and the Catholic Church centuries before. In our downtime at the hotel, I used my Spanish to be sweet to one of the girls who worked there, but when I asked her for a date she turned me down, having some long standing and rocky relationship in the way.

The natives cover their faces when photos are taken as a rejection of their individuality, because they are nothing by themselves. Instead of handshakes, they greet each other by grabbing each other’s wrists signifying the reciprocity that exists in their culture. There is no word for thank you or sorry, because those are actions, not words. Gustavo also taught us how they built the ruins and moved the huge stones.

Each stone is unique from any other, but they all fit together so that not even a sheet of paper can be put between them centuries later. One stone was assigned to one family that worked closely with the families making the stones surrounding theirs. Different families and individuals worked closely with other families or individuals to create a strong community like the unique stones working in harmony to create an indestructible form without using mortar.

Shamanism and folklore laid the foundations of their culture. Celebrations and customs, even their dress, were all based on the seasons and the cultivation of crops. Nature meant everything to them, and they were never alone, because the rocks, hills, trees and everything else lived and breathed in harmonious existence with them.

I was a product of western civilization and extremely privileged but entitled, addicted and angry. Here, this culture had nothing I had growing up, but they were content. Despite all they suffered, they smiled and knew how to live. I had everything but wanted to die. Gustavo believed that the introspection obtained through shamanic medicines and immersion in a culture built on community and nature would help me overcome drugs.

He explained how rats isolated in cages choose cocaine over food and water till they die, but rats that live in a community and have quality of life choose to live by eating and drinking even when cocaine is available. I saw his point. My cold, internal isolation was responsible for at least some of what was wrong, and I had nothing to lose. The soundman and cameraman from the movie crew flew to Pucallpa with me and the Shipibo shaman who would attempt to heal me of my addiction. His name was Teo Valdo.

I knew things were different the second I felt the hot humid push of air through the doorway of the plane and walked down onto the tarmac. It was like movies I had seen as a kid about Vietnam, and droves of modified dirt bikes with three wheels and a carriage for passengers called Moto taxis filled the atmosphere with the chorus of their two-stroke drone. Everyone wore flip-flops and their open personalities matched their scant clothing. They talked in a distinct jungle dialect of Spanish. The dirt bike rickshaws buzzed through town on roads of red clay and carried as many as seven people at a time and maybe some live chickens tied upside down, a bushel of plantains or a squealing pig.

Teo Valdo took us to the hotel where we spent the night and came back in the morning to take us to the river port. We walked four blocks to the port market. It teemed with commerce and activity. Barefoot men carried large quantities of plantains on their backs and grunted up the muddy bank of the river and loaded them into trucks. Women and children sold bags of bread or apples or rice and chicken meals wrapped in banana leaves from small canoes to passengers waiting on the boats for departure to their village. Frantic crowds of men and women jumped up and down and bargained over the pigs or chickens or bags of grain poor families of farmers brought into town earlier that morning.

We maneuvered up a plank from the mud into a wooden boat before we ducked our heads under the roof and crawled over other passengers to our seats at the middle of the boat. A light drizzle started. It was clear that we were in a different world, and whatever I thought mattered back in America didn’t really matter here.

We waited over an hour to take off and when we finally did it was slow. It took six to get there, so we talked to a small group of Americans coming out to the Shipibo village with us. They had met Teo Valdo some months earlier and wanted to visit his wife’s family’s village: Ceylan, and they were coming with us.

Our clothes stuck to our skin, and our backs cramped on the tiny wooden seat before we arrived. Red clay stuck to our shoes as we got off the boat, and a group of women halfway danced in traditional Shipibo garb. The men played clumsy drums and flutes to greet us. A hoard of kids carried our bags a half mile up to the hut where we would sleep and invited us to eat chicken and dance in a different hut by an enormous puddle they called the soccer field.

My lungs struggled to breathe the soggy air, and mosquitos bit our skin through the repellent. It was hot and still and muddy and arguably the most miserable place I had ever been in my life. No matter how cool it sounded to live in the jungle, it wasn’t. We only escaped the mosquitos under our nets, but the air sat even stiller and hotter under them. Different bugs or biting ants usually made their way into the damp bedding.

The other Americans boasted of how they would fast for several days in preparation for the ayahuasca ceremonies the whole boat ride into the jungle, and they had big plans to stay for a week or more and do several ceremonies. But the women left less than 24 hours in and the men only made it another 12 before they took off after the first ceremony. Throughout my time in the jungle Canadians, Americans and Europeans alike would come with big ambitions about how long they would stay and tell me how happy they were to be there, but when the mosquitoes became reality and heat beat them down and ants were crawling in their beds, they always left frazzled and desperate for a porcelain toilet and air conditioning. Me on the other hand, I didn’t have a choice. The jungle days in a tribal village were the life I was living at the time. There wasn’t anywhere else for me to go.

But we had ceremony the first night before that first group of Americans left. It was with Teo and his wife, Marina, and her whole family: her mother and father, three brothers and their wives, two of her sisters, besides cousins and uncles and aunts, maybe 25 people. We sat in a circle and took turns letting the alkaline sludge slide down our throats before Teo blew out the kerosene lamp and lit a cigarette. Mosquitos bit. He began ceremony with a guttural moaning that ascended into a chorus of him and his in laws singing slithering incantations to the snake spirit. Teo fanned random members of our party with a large eagle feather and sing songs particular to that individual. He put his mouth to each one’s head and sucked loudly before puking into a bucket. A cousin stood and sang loudly. He made strange geometrical patterns in the dark with his cigarette.

The jungle swallowed my mind on the medicine, and the entomological chirps of the life teeming all around coursed through my veins. I could feel the silent vegetation encroaching and knew it could make me disappear in a second like a scene from Jumanji. The spirit spoke to us each in our own way, and we shared our experiences through the broken Spanish of one of the other visitors before we all crawled under our mosquito nets and slept.

The guys from the movie interviewed me in the morning sitting around a smoldering fire with one of the cousin’s and his friend cooking up the next batch of ayahuasca in a big pot. I talked about my hepatitis and what I thought about the medicines curing it. It was hard to imagine that there was much Teo could do for me with ayahuasca and the other plants. We talked about this and that on camera before they hugged me and took off to catch a boat into the city.

Besides ceremony there was nothing to do but read, and the days passed slow and hot. I got diarrhea from the microbes in the well water. It was so bad that I cried in the outhouse. Teo’s family adopted me as their own. They called me “Bebe Grande” on account of all the candy I ate, and I was very close to their youngest, Brian. He was only two and loved to eat bananas.

Once a month or so they would bring me back into Pucallpa to their house where their other 6 kids lived and went to school. It was a tiny wooden house with a corrugated tin roof, and as many as 19 people slept on the floor in a night. I imagined the tin roof would glow like a coil in the oven from all the radiation it had soaked up during the daytime, but it never did. An outhouse sat about 10 feet from the back door, and when the back yard flooded from the rain, water licked the threshold. I spent as much time as possible at phone parlors called locutorios and used the computers to watch YouTube videos or read Wikipedia articles and use Facebook. Sometimes I called the girl working at Gustavo’s hotel to tell her that I loved her.

We never stayed in the city more than a few days before we returned by boat back to Ceylan where we cooked everything on open fires and the roofs were made of neatly folded palm fronds instead of corrugated tin and the mosquitoes really bit. There were different boats, but we always got on the one going to Masisea, which was a tiny century old settlement where 2000 people lived. It was two miles up a dirt road from where we lived in Ceylan, and a pharmacy and a barbershop sat on one side of the plaza. On the other side were several stores selling butchered chicken out of a bucket, hot bottles of soda, crackers, cookies, clothes and instant coffee with fried eggs and rice for a lunch time meal. A couple of bars ran big speakers and refrigerators on generators at night while people danced and drank beer at tables. At a few small covered stations along the road, men and women sold gasoline out of plastic jugs and poured it through funnels with cloth filters into motorcycle tanks. I visited from time to time, but it wasn’t much to see. One of Marina’s sisters had a little store in the village that sold cigarettes and candy, which was all I ever bought anyway.

We continued with the shamanic treatments at night, and sometimes ceremony would shake me to the core. On one occasion I had no recollection of coming up into the plateau or anything other than a thick fog rolling over me before it transported my whole body, not my mind or imagination but what literally seemed to be my physical body.

I was in a similar village where men in tactical gear burned huts to the ground with flamethrowers. The men slaughtered Asian looking adults and collected the children in cages to be carried away to some horrific fate, but I wasn’t sure where. Whatever was happening wasn’t clear to me, but I knew that it was a reality for someone somewhere at some time. The terror of it poured through my veins like acid. I woke up from it completely sober and troubled by the vision. Teo Valdo told me that the medicine had a conscience and could impart knowledge or healing at her own will. What I saw was the reality of human trafficking, and it scared me.

Another time an American girl who came to stay with us told me in the middle of ceremony that a fairy was stroking her hair and telling her that she was beautiful. She lauged and say that she was being healed of her poor self-image and the other deep hurts in her life by the love and affirmation of the fairy. She laughed harder and say that the fairy was pulling her hair now and that it was getting to be too much. Before it was over a strange, chirping language that was not human seemed to be channeled through her and stifled her terrified screams. She sounded like a fairy, and the memory has never left me. In that same ceremony I felt sick but couldn’t puke. Teo sang over me and fanned me with his eagle feather, and I purged immediately. I almost never puked. Teo sang again, and a strange digital language washed over me. The medicine reacted to the influence he exerted over it.

I thought a lot about different things to get through the boredom of months in the jungle. My mind imagined the large dirt hives of termites to be piles of cocaine and thought about starting a grow operation back in the states when I returned. The Shipibo language fascinated me, and I thought about it.

Shipibo makes phonetic distinctions between words that originate in the lower throat or are created by movements of the tongue and lips that don’t exist in English. It was a chipper language and guttural and primal with the Spanish alphabet crudely representing it on paper. I imagined the language had evolved in the jungle bush and ants had carried it off the branches and into the minds of the natives through their ears. It seemed to mimic brightly colored mating rituals between wild birds or monkeys in the trees. The hoots of nocturnal birds and croaks of lazy frogs have contributed to the Shipibo vocabulary. I wanted to speak it so badly but couldn’t get much further than: scrambled eggs, fried plantains, good morning, hurry and you are pretty.

My father sent me big boxes of books to pass the time. I read James Joyce, Steinbeck, as much of Kurt Vonnegut as I could, Tom Robbins and everything else. I read an 800-page biography on Che Guevara and idolized his socialist ideology and devotion to the cause. He probably would have killed me for being a lazy, white, drug addicted American, but that didn’t matter to me. When I read that people were upset at the executions he oversaw after the revolution, I didn’t understand. Deep down, I knew that no one’s life had any more inherent value than the fish or bacteria from which it evolved, so why would executions offend me?

Our greatest purpose was to die as transitional forms, evolving to perfect the species. I wondered if some future museum might display a life-sized replica of me in my habitat, like we have for cavemen, today. It would be made of fiberglass and plaster mold. My dwelling would be behind a dumpster. My shoes would be wet, and instead of prehistoric tools, there would be a lighter and a spoon in my hands, a dirty syringe behind my ear. I would represent a failed branch of the evolutionary process, a glitch in mutation that expressing a fatal trait: Auto-Cerebral Cannibalism. Luckily only the fit survive, and I wasn’t it.

Auto-Cerebral Cannibalism. I imagined myself sitting at a table and eating my own brain like a melon with a spoon, but that did not adequately convey the inner horror. The grainy visual of my own brain somehow eating itself was getting closer, but the image of my brain devouring me from the legs up with all the blood and ferocity of an oversized piranha was the only image that seemed sufficiently heinous to me. The thoughts and beliefs in my own mind were destroying me. Even though I didn’t know how they got there or even what they were, they vehemently and violently opposed me. At least part of it was that I hated myself for being white, male, educated and American. You see? I rejected my father and all that he was, but you can’t reject your father without rejecting yourself. So, I did, and it would kill me. That was okay though. It would be a favor to the world.

In three months we did something like 30 ayahuasca ceremonies, and when it was over Cheo came with the guys making the movie to take me back to Pisac. We had a big celebration and danced all night with the Shipibos before we left in the morning, and I loved the hot shower and sit on porcelain at the hotel.

My mom met us in Pisac and did some interviews with us, and before they all left it was decided that I would live and work for Gustavo in Pisac for the next 10 months. The girl who worked for him had me interested enough that I didn’t make much fuss about staying.

I enjoyed talking to tourists who came into Gustavo’s restaurant and hotel. The American boy living abroad and immersed in a culture and language they could only experience briefly enamored them. I told them about my past and that Gustavo believing in me was a catalyst to my turnaround in Peru. It seemed like things would really change for the first time in my life.

My sister came to visit for my birthday, and when she got to town we had lunch and cake at the hotel, which I could barely eat. That night we had some beers with the girls from work when one of them pointed out a white crust hanging out of my nose. Nosebleeds started soon after that, but my sister pretended that everything was okay anyway.

While she was in town I took her to visit different sites of ancient ruins, but it was difficult to take the long walks up and down the old terra forms. I always needed another line and left her hanging in awkward situations while I chased a bag through the cobblestone streets or did coke in the bathroom. When I came back my stories had holes, and I sweated and sniffled and labored to breathe. I got paranoid and demanded the girl who worked at the hotel with me admit her boyfriend planned to kill me. My sister’s last 30 bucks disappeared before she left in a cab.

The bender lasted another few days before Gustavo confronted me by the gate in the wall around his house. He was stern, and when I punched the wall he pushed his forehead into mine and walked me backwards. I told him three times to get out of my face before I punched him. The sequence of events is hazy after that.

I pulled my pocketknife out and stuck it in my stomach in front of everyone in the plaza and chased him towards his front door. He fell, and I broke a heavy potted plant on his leg. At some point I had the knife in my hand and lifted it towards my left ear where I planned to bury it in my neck and pull it across. His gardener grabbed the knife out of my hand and threw it over the wall. Gustavo’s three-year-old son watched the whole thing happen.

I walked back to the hotel somehow and gathered my clothes before I fell on the ground in front of his patrons like the small stab wound was causing me to bleed out. Gustavo threw his hands in the air and balked to the girls who worked there. The next thing I knew I was in one of the hotel rooms with a nurse who would help me get to sleep. She gave me an IV shot of liquid Valium for being ridiculous, and when I woke up the same nurse gave me another one in the butt cheek this time. My father would have to come get me.

When he showed up, we got along great considering all I pulled and he was only there to help me get back to the jungle. Since I didn’t give him any real trouble off the bat he assumed the best. We went to drink beer and talked about different things that we both liked, but that night I stole money from him while he slept and took a taxi to Cusco.

Teo and Marina had come to help him, and we planned to take a bus from Cusco to Pucallpa. Outside of the bus station I told my dad that I left my hat at one of the bars by the plaza and needed to get it.

“Well. You’re going to have to go without it. I’ll get you another one.”

When he turned around for a second, I jumped into a cab and took off. I spent all the money I had on a bag of fake cocaine. It was so frustrating that I sat down on the dirty stairs and held my sweaty head in my hands until my dad came with one of the other girls from the hotel. I refused to leave until I had some cocaine and forced him to buy me a bag in exchange for my cooperation.

Teo and Marina had already taken the bus to Pucallpa, but my dad and I would wait for a plane ticket in a couple of days. He was too embarrassed to return to Pisac, so we went to another little town to wait. From the back seat of the taxi and in front of my dad and the driver, I blatantly solicited the girl who had helped him find me for sex, which she rejected. We got a hotel, and my father divvied the cocaine up into small paper bindles, which he used to control my behavior.

Gustavo’s gardener visited us a few times, and one afternoon my dad and I drank beer in a crumbling hole of a bar with a dirt floor. I demanded a younger patron explain to me how he lost his eye even though it humiliated him. My dad told me to drop it, and I raised my voice. At night, I walked streets of black stone hoping to find trouble. And I did when someone outside of a bar asked me,

“Hey, gringo, do you want to knife fight?”

“Yes. With you? Where are the knives?”

I was calling his bluff as much as anything. He yelled to one of his buddies by the bar to go get so and so and bring the knives. I stared down at my feet in wet gravel and scattered trash. All I could think about were my own blood-soaked socks and the despair of my father walking up to the scene if my throat were slashed. It was everything I ever wanted.

“What’s taking so long? Didn’t you ask me if I wanted to knife fight?” He pretended not to hear me, and I walked away.

I bought blister packets of Xanax and harangued my father day and night while he tried to keep me calm between distributing the tiny bindles of coke. When we got to Pucallpa, he had to hire a police officer to keep me from hurting him or myself until the next morning when we met Teo and Marina at the port. He said he would see me in two months, and I got on a boat in the rain with Teo and Marina.

I was back in the jungle with the Shipibos depressed and hating my life. Two months turned into three. Three months turned into four. Four months turned into five, and month after month passed with no kind of plan to come home or do anything different.

The jungle became my home, whether the city of Pucallpa or in the village of Ceylan. It was where I lived, and everyone knew me. I had considered the popular music in Peru to be garbage when I first arrived, but as time went on I came to love the cumbia groups like Mallanep, Kaliente de Iquitos, Papillon, and the rest of them that made speakers sweat sex and demand your body bounce to the beat. Even when I went to the Internet cafes by the house in Pucallpa, I listened to the local groups instead of American music. When Marina and the kids watched TV at the house, I watched the variety and comedy shows like them.

Marina asked me about her sister-in-law.

“Bebe Grande, where are the eggs?”

“Eggs? I think Elicia took them.”

“Did you say she could have those eggs?”

“No.”

“Well then who told her she could have those eggs? She’s always taking stuff that’s not hers.”

Marina loved me like her own kid. She could say things that would annoy me like any mother can, but I loved her very much. We were close. I wish I could say the same about Teo, but it wasn’t like that. He showed great patience with me and my antics, but I could not stand communicating with him. His voice and the way he spoke Spanish made me angry. It was partly his need to give an answer to things he didn’t understand (exacerbated by the attention and adoration he received from foreigners). The kids all loved me. Luz was four and laughed at me but wouldn’t hug me. Brian always wanted a bite of my food and called me “amiguito.” The other kids all liked me too, except the second oldest daughter. She thought I was rude, and she was right.

I don’t know the things that go through a Shipibo’s head, and they didn’t know what went through my head either. The differences in our cultures were immense. Most of the kids living in the village with me didn’t even speak Spanish until they were 11. They walked around barefoot and excitedly ate the burnt, black rice out of cooking pots as a snack. Their mothers washed all their clothes by hand. Their father caught their dinner daily, and if he had work, the most he could hope to earn was a dollar or two for the day. Many of those women had never seen a sanitary napkin or even taken a hot shower. The only prescription for an abscessed tooth was to hold your hand on your cheek until it went away, but the life they lived produced the gentlest and kindest human beings.

Marina’s oldest sister, Soila, wins the prize for most amazing person I have ever met. She spoke soft and sweet and probably still has a kid every three years with her husband who looks 15 years younger than she does. Her eyes were always red, and she spent her days tending to the fire, carrying water, sweeping the floor and holding her baby like any other Shipiba in the village. I doubt if she can even think poorly of someone.

These weren’t the brown faces of strangers in an airport parking lot or the family in worn sandals and hand stitched clothing, selling toys made of wood and string at the hot springs two days before your flight home. These were my brothers and sisters, my aunts and uncles, my mother and father, my grandparents. This was my family. I lived with them.

We carried water from the wells in buckets back to the huts together and swatted at our legs and backs with a towel every evening to keep mosquitoes from biting us. We all slept on the floor with a small mat under nets and trudged through the mud in our flip flops when it rained. We ate mangos when they fell out of the trees and bore banana bushels or sacks of papayas on our backs from where they grew by the river. Sometimes we walked miles at 3 a.m. to catch a boat back into the city and shared our seats with squealing pigs or clucking chickens. It was not a temporary state of affairs for them, but an unchanging reality. Hot showers, epidurals, Albertson’s and air conditioning were things they simply did not know and probably never would.

After I had been in Peru for about nine months, the cameraman from the movie crew came to visit me in the jungle for a couple of weeks before my dad came. He and I talked to various locals about life around there, the drug trade and what they thought about me. A young man named Carlos sold flip-flops out of a big bag he carried on his shoulder along the dirt road between Masisea and our village. He came with 2 young girls who wanted to meet me, and he told me about Jesus Christ. I quickly shot him down and told him he betrayed his indigenous heritage with his faith.

“Christians killed your ancestors and destroyed their culture hundreds of years ago. Then they gave the survivors new names before they used them as slaves to build their empire. Don’t you understand?”

Sometime later the cameraman and I found him organizing a small worship event in the plaza of Masisea. We sat on wooden benches in the dirt and watched tears stream down a girl’s face who held her open hands high in the air. I asked him,

“Why is she crying? Why are people crying about this? I don’t get it!”

“Because of their faith, Riley. Because of their faith.”

I found the idea of faith in an invisible man who never existed in the first place to be revolting. Carlos didn’t waver in his statement or look for my approval. He stated it as the fact that it was to him, and suddenly I recalled sitting in an ice cream parlor with my mother’s father, Turkey.

“Riley, do you pray to God?” Turkey asked. Problems had been a part of my life for years by then. I smoked weed and cigarettes every day and had already talked to three different counselors.

“God? What do you mean God? What in the hell has he ever done for me?”

“I don’t know, Riley. Only you and God can know that.”

When my father showed up, we slept in the same hotel room in Pucallpa, and I stole a bunch of change out of his shoe in the morning. It had been four months since I did any cocaine, but I found out the shoe shiners outside of the hotel could get grams for 7 dollars.

On the boat, he knew I was high and accused me of it before we got to the village. There was a big celebration for his arrival with dancing and music and food and some beer. I screamed and punched him till Marina’s brothers pulled me off him. The night went on, and the party transitioned from dancing and celebrating to careful gazing at the lunatic and his father having it out. Cumbia still blared, but the dancing stopped sometime after I started getting violent.

I sat cross-legged and hunched over in a pair of cargo shorts on the floor. Somewhere, a generator hummed, powering the light bulb hanging over my head and speakers outside. My father stood on the other side of the partition and looked at me through the mesh screen. It was turning into one of the kind of nights only I could give him. Somehow, I had gotten a hold of a black handled paring knife with a five-inch blade, and I screamed at him. Strands of slobber fluttered in the jets of air shooting from between my teeth as I convinced him and myself that it was his fault. He was to blame for the way I was and why I wanted to hurt myself. My conviction was an act, but I told him plainly that I hated him. I buried the blade to the hilt three times in the meat of my right calf before I chucked the knife end over end at his face.

I think, the problem for us was that we were too much alike, and I think he would agree that he saw things in me growing up that he hated in himself. There were good things too, but I mostly remembered the bad.

I peed on him, once, when he changed my diaper. It was on purpose and made me laugh. He swatted at the golden arc of liquid with his hand and griped.

“C’mon, Riley. Don’t do that, baby!” Usually, people are impressed I can remember back to when he changed my diapers. I always say it’s easy to remember, because I was 16 when it happened.

On a trip to Mexico, my father pulled me into the bathroom and very seriously said,

“Riley, I am going to share something very important with you. It’s something the Chapman men all know how to do, and you will, too.” I was excited and nervous about the family secret he was about to reveal to me. I wondered what it could be. What piece of my identity as a male in our family would he reveal to me? What knowledge would he impart? What honor? What prestige? “This is important. My father taught me. His father taught him, and now, I am going to teach you.”

He looked in the mirror, leaned in close to it and pushed the tip of his nose up, before revealing scissors in his other hand. The discourse began, “When you trim your nose hair, you want to……..”

He taught me how to read on his lap every night after he got off work. School failed to teach me because I skipped pre-K and started kindergarten at the very end of the year. It took a lot of time and effort, but I owe 100 percent of that to him.

He checked my math homework every morning in middle school, and when I got four wrong, he would berate me at the kitchen table in front of my sisters until he took us to school. I can’t remember if I cried.

He left me in the jungle after a couple of days, but before he did, he asked me to show him my leg where I stabbed myself. We hadn’t talked since that night. He told me to keep them open and breathing and that the wounds would probably be fine if I did, but,

“If there’s any problem. Call me. I’ll tell you what to get.” The whole point of his visit was to determine if I was ready to come home or not, and it was clear that I was not.

After that, I would leave the village at night and walk the dirt road up to Masisea to drink homemade wine with whomever I found and smoke pasta basuco. Pasta basuco is the crude extract from the production of real cocaine. It’s poisonous and is essentially waste, but it is a freebase cocaine that can be smoked. The price is very cheap. Basuco either comes from the similar Spanish word basura for trash, because it is refuse from the production of higher quality product, but basuco is also the word for bazooka, possibly referring to the intensity of the high. Like the crack epidemic of the 1980s in big U.S. cities, so is pasta in South America. Smoking it was a last resort for me, but it happened from time to time.

To smoke it you roll a quarter of the tobacco out of a cigarette and suck the powder from the tiny bindle of pasta into the cigarette. Once it is all sucked up, you roll the cigarette pointing up between your hands and then grab it by the loose end to swing it back and forth to pack the tobacco and pasta powder together. After that you twist close the loose end and pull the cotton out of the filter to replace it with broken matchsticks. It’s ready to go at that point. They sold for about 30 cents apiece, and one was enough to make a man puke.

I bought the pasta in Masisea from a gay teenager, and I smoked them in the back room of his jungle shack. While I made up the cigarettes to smoke, he would unzip me and pull me out of my pants. I would push his head off me, zip my pants up and button them. Once I lit the cigarette and began to smoke the drugs, he would unbutton and unzip me again and lick my torso, and 15 seconds later when the drugs were all smoked up, I would push him off me. We went through it over and over until all 11 bindles were smoked up.

After smoking all night in Masisea, I would walk on the dirt road crawling with bullet ants and snakes back to the village. Marina’s parents and everyone else in the village knew I was smoking drugs, and they made plans to send me back to Pucallpa, where Teo was with his family (probably hiding out from having to deal with me). At the house in Pucallpa, the kids caught me rolling up some pasta into a cigarette, and I smoked it in the outhouse. Teo Valdo got mad. It was the only time I ever saw him like that.

I continued to smoke pasta in Pucallpa and borrowed money from the neighbors to do it. A guy who lived around the corner loaned me money and took me on his mototaxi to a place called paradise to buy it. He would park far away from the place I bought it and made me walk, because it was so dangerous. Teo and Marina would send one the kids to follow me to the graveyards, where I spent my time and smoked pasta. Marina cried over it.

Eventually everyone got tired of it (me most of all), and I asked my mom to help me visit some Americans I knew living in Tarapoto. My mother believed that I was sober and paid for a ticket. On the bus, a middle-aged woman across the aisle from me moaned in ecstasy and wrapped her hand in the curtains and pushed her head back into the seat in the dark. I knew she wanted me to make a move, so I jumped into the seat next to her and grabbed her thigh.

“What are you doing, gringo? Go back to your seat! Now!” I had imagined it.

After 16 hours on the bus I woke up in a concrete ditch in Tarapoto with traffic buzzing all around me. The Americans who let me stay with them kicked me out for eating their cereal in the middle of the night. Cheap hotels became my home, and some guys I met showed me how to use a pry bar and a piece of wire to get coins out of the pay phones. I broke a lot of hearts those two months in Tarapoto and snorted a lot of cocaine, of course.

Accidentally overdosed at 17 years old. My father saved me. Drugs

New Orleans, summer 2004

When I was little, they called me pig. Not a pig. Not the pig. But pig. And, so I was. Fat. Selfish. Nasty. Whether I became those things because of what they called me, or they called me pig because of the way I was, I don’t know, but I do know he is who I became. Over the years I would try to kill him, in different ways.

My dad came to get me out of a crack house at 6 on a Monday morning, because I had not been home since I left a week before to take the last exam of senior year. He knew I had his bike, and my girlfriend told them where I was. That week, she and I made out on the red brick steps of her mom’s front porch on Plum and Adams. I smoked a Marlboro light and told her I had some heroin. She pressed her lips together and opened her eyes big, as if to say, “Okay? What do you want me to say about that? That is scary.”

The rest of the time I spent at Alex’s while my girlfriend finished junior year. I couldn’t believe it the first time the sun rose on Alex and me that week. Only minutes passed since we started doing lines of cocaine and heroin, partying in his basement apartment the night before, but then the sun rose through the window. Powders in my nose and smoke in my lungs turned on biochemical faucets in my head. My body buzzed and skin tingled with euphoria. We looked at each other in surprise and laughed in the warm light coming through the window. The night was gone, and we would never get it back. Now the week was gone. Years later Alex died of an overdose. Then his life was gone, and he never got it back.

Before I woke up that Monday morning I recognized my father’s voice coming from the door. It was steady, like he collected himself and repressed his panic a moment before he knocked. He came to take me back home. The drugs I smoked and snorted the night before still swirled bliss in the black behind my eyelids. A hand touched my shoulder. The urgent whispers of a figure in the dark startled me awake. Where was I?

“Riley. Riley. Wake up. Your dad is here. You have to go.”

My father grabbed his bike and loaded it into the Landcruiser, so I told Alex,

“Turn on the light. I have to find my heroin. I had 5 foils last night.” The filament burned my retinas, and my brain shuddered before my hands shielded my eyes.

“Are you sure? I don’t remember that. Where is it?”

I searched my pockets and found a tin foil bindle of white powder cocaine, but I wanted my heroine.

“I don’t know. Let me check the couch. I know I had them smoking crack with Cole last night.” We pulled up the cushions and found nothing. Then my father stood at the door. The engine of his 1983 land cruiser ran in the dark outside.

“Come on, Riley, let’s go.”

“Go with your dad. Call me later.” Alex switched the light back off. From across the street, concrete crosses of graves made silhouettes against a dead pale sky. It was a familiar sight for me by then. My father never said anything in the car, at least nothing I can remember.

At the house, my sisters and mother dressed and got ready for school like any other Monday morning. I walked up to the third floor, and my skin crawled in desperation. Sobriety was unacceptable. I wanted to die or be sedated.

I laid the foil of cocaine under the lamp on my bedside dresser. It looked like a gram and a half of coke, but when I gummed it and rubbed it on my lips, it didn’t numb me up. The cocaine was no good, so I chopped all of it up and snorted it in one line. It burned badly, but as soon as it hit the back of my throat, I knew it was several times a lethal dose of heroin, the stuff we called China white.

I walked downstairs to my get some juice. My father cooked breakfast, and the smell of bacon fat filled the kitchen.

“Poppa, I want some orange juice. Can we go get some?” He poked the bacon popping in the frying pan. His left hand rested in his pocket, and I looked around in the refrigerator door open.

“Not right now. Go upstairs and go to sleep in the TV room.”

10 minutes later my little sister found me. Green vomit covered my clothes and most of the couch. The dying blood in my face turned my complexion gray, and my eyes rolled all the way back into my head. She ran to get my father who had returned from buying orange juice.

As a veterinarian he knew how the basics of keeping something alive, so he got on his knees and pumped my chest with his hands. A large glob of brown snot ejected from my nostrils, but vomit still blocked my airway. He sucked it into his mouth and spat it out to help me breathe. With bile on my lips, he put his mouth to mine and blew in breath. He could have breathed for me for days, but the amount of heroin in my system meant certain death.

On a Monday morning before school, my sisters waited on the front porch for the ambulance. My mother shook, doubled over in the doorway and watched her husband attempt to keep her only son alive. My father breathed for me and pushed on my chest. I lay on the ground dying like I wanted. My respiratory system would shut down, and soon my heart would quit pumping. 17 years into this life and I was already on my way out. How could I do that to my mother and father? How could I do that to my sisters? How could I do that to myself?

When I was a kid, my father used to ride bikes with me down the levee to throw rocks into the river at sunset, and during his workdays, he packed me around in the passenger seat of his Landcruiser while he made calls to clients. Everywhere we went everyone knew him and wanted his attention. They said, “Hey, Doc! Hey, Doc! Hey, Doc!” We went to different horse barns and properties throughout the countryside. One night we hooked a chain to his front bumper and tried to pull a dead calf out of its mother as it got dark outside and afterwards he let me have a sip of his beer in the back of the Landcruiser. I used to ask him every question I ever had, and he always knew the answer. He was the smartest man in the world.

At some stables, he pointed and said, “A horse kicked me in the knee, and I cried under that tree.” I didn’t believe him, because my dad never cried. At his clinic he was in charge of everything and everyone. One evening while visiting the bayou a man got shot in the head in a hunting accident. I watched my dad suck the bloody foam out of his throat, until help came. The guy eventually died, but not while my dad was working on him.

The first time it occurred to me that I really loved him and he loved me, I was 4 years old. He led me on a horse through a gate into a riding ring when I thought it. One time I had an awful cough, and he stayed up with me to give me medicine and make sure I was okay. My very first memory is on his hairy chest, waking from sleep, to choke back chunks of vomit in my throat. He took a break from putting together some crawler or toy for me to drink a beer and read on the chase lounge under a lamp. I was his only baby boy once upon a time, and he held me in his arms.

But now he knelt over me and pumped my chest with both of his hands and breathed for me, while he waited for the ambulance he hoped would come fast enough to save me.

The paramedics and firemen tried to get me to walk downstairs to the ambulance and go to the hospital, but I tried to bite them. In the ER, I spewed green vomit all over the floor and ripped the IVs out of my arm to get water out of a sink. It was Children’s Hospital, and young children were dying in the beds around me. It was an ordeal, but I survived.

Whether it was an attempted suicide by overdose or not, I did not know, but everyone seemed to think it was. I would have rather died than deal with the problems waiting for me on the other side of surviving. My mother’s father, Turkey, sat in a chair next to me, and I gave him a hard time about them not allowing me any water. I asked him if he wanted me to vomit in his mouth.

He laughed. I was his oldest grandchild, and he called me Turkey like I called him Turkey. He used to wake up before the sun to drink vodka in the 1970s, but in that hospital room, he had 28 years sober.

Accidentally watched Requiem for a Dream while tripping on DXM for the first time Drugs

Took 1068mg DXM polisterix. This was the first time I successfully tripped on DXM.

So I was scrolling through IMDB top movies and I see the title Requiem for a Dream and thought that sounded trippy as fuck. Clicked on it and my eyes locked on the word drugs in the description and thought, "haha me too."

I don't remember the plot of the movie at all, or even if there was a plot. All I fucking know is the refrigerator scared the shit out of me and there was a scene where someone like got stabbed or some shit and then some dudes arm was real fucked up? I was probably peaking when I watched this and could not for the life of me tell you what was actually happening in the movie and what was happening as a result of the DXM.

Needless to say I was feeling super morbid after finishing the movie. I then thought to myself that if I went on a Disney movie watching binge, I would purge my mind from the bad thoughts. Didn't really work. When I finally tried going to sleep is when I realized how fucked up I was. I hadn't really been closing my eyes before that but then I got the CEV's. I also got a really fuckin wild vision and made a note of it on my phone so I wouldn't forget it. I'll attach a picture of it.

http://ift.tt/2xpKgLq

I also did a drawing of what it looked like, but it was basically this image 1000 times if that makes any sense.

http://ift.tt/2y6edE9

Anyway it's the morning after I still feel fucked. 1/10 Do not recommend this experience. Would probably do it again tho.

Drug test urine was too hot Drugs

Hello people. I just took a drug test at Quest Diagnostics. Yesterday I had a friend with clean pee pee into an airtight sealed container for me and I put it directly into the refrigerator. Fast forward to today. About 20 minutes before my test I took the pee out of the refrigerator, warmed it up, put it into a sealed freezer bag and taped hand warmers to the outside. I put all that into my pocket and made sure that I brought a couple quiet thermometers. When it was test time the lab tech directed me to the restroom so I could pee into the cup that had the temperature strip on it. The hand warmers brought my pee temperature up to well above 90-100 degrees. She allowed me 3 minutes and that wasn't long enough to cool my urine below even 105 degrees. She had to tell me it was time to come out. As soon as I walked out and I gave her the cup she seemed confused that the temperature strip wasn't showing my pee between 90-100. Then she asked me what happened. I just said I had trouble getting it all out. She said "oh okay you mentioned that you might have some trouble earlier." She then transferred it into a vial. She then filled out the form on the computer. She checked "no" for whether the pee seemed like it seemed like it was from a source other than my body and "no" to whether it seemed like it was tampered with. She also checked "yes" for whether the pee was within the right temperature range. She had me sign all the documents and sent me on my merry way. I am a little bit concerned. I feel like that went down way too smoothly like and I'm wondering whether I'm going to pass or fail. Please give me some opinions.

LSD and silica packet in fridge. will my method work? Drugs

iv herd the refrigerator is a bad idea due to moisture but i think i have a decent concept here.

1) put the blotter in a ziplock bag(reduce air exposure)

2) wrapped ziplock in tinfoil(reduce light exposure)

3) placed the tinfoil wrapped goods in a mason jar along with a silica packet to further reduce any moisture

4) place full mason jar in refrigerator to maintain a stable temp

I know people say the fridge isnt necessary but i live in nyc and our apartments have drastic temperature shifts here. the fridge seems like my best option considering a stable temp but obviously i need to keep that moisture out.

Should i worry about the silica packets cross contaminating the blotter?

Looking for best way to ingest HBW seeds Drugs

Okay so I have some HBW seeds however I dont want to deal with the nausea and vasoconstriction.

I can't do a long extraction method cause my parents are around and they wouldn't be too happy finding some drug in the refrigerator or some shit.

I've heard that simply eating ginger and something containing garlic may do the trick, however I've only seen that method mentioned on very few websites... so I dont know if that's actually a viable method or not.

Will garlic and ginger work, or is there another alternative?

My first, and hopefully last, bartard experience. Drugs

Recently, I got my tax returns and decided to splurge on some RC's I've been eyeing for a while. 4-HO-MET, etizolam, and isopropylphenidate.

I got 500mg of each, and made a PG solution with the etiz. Thursday night, I took 3 mg each, and then kept redosing. Black out! I got it in my head that I should dose out the rest of my isopropyl and 4-HO-MET into gel capsules, so I wouldn't have to go through the trouble of weighing out doses whenever I want to have some.

The blackout came on while I was doing this. From this time, until about 12 hours later, I have absolutely no memory. I have almost no IPPH and extremely little 4-HO-MET. I came to tripping my ass off, and this was less than 24 hours after having tripped for the first time in months.

I noticed my scale was missing from its box, which really freaked me out. I searched frantically for 10 minutes before finding it in my refrigerator. I have no idea why I would put it there. Anyways, I spent the next 3 or 4 hours searching for my 4-HO-MET and IPPH. I ended up finding a few capsules behind my dresser, but other than that, it's all gone.

I don't think I'll be using etizolam outside of bad trips or coming down from stims lol

Drunk Baking Drugs

Got drunk last night and made one of those simple pie recipes where you just add milk and mix and bake. Woke up to the pie in the refrigerator this morning, which I completely forgot about. I guess drunk me realized I might want some pie today. That's pretty much the story. Nothing more to it. Yes, this was a very boring story. That is all.

Bought frozen LSD Drugs

This is the first time I encounter something like that. I got acid frozen in 200 ml of water (bottled water with no chloride I guess) and my guy said he's been storing them like that for months and he hasn't noticed any degradation. I got 4 drops, two per 200ml.

As soon as I got my hands on them I covered the bottles with aluminum foil, and put them in my freezer. I know it's stupid but how can I make sure I don't lose potency? Should I put them in the refrigerator instead?

My connection who is a weekly user of that acid, and way more experienced than me told me that even if I leave the bottles melt, nothing will degrade because the acid is very very strong according to him, and he doesn't say that often.

Any thoughts? I paid 60€ for them and I'll be really pissed off if I lost my money.

Also I cant UV check them, and if its some weird RC shit, I don't think I'll notice any taste with all that water they're cut with. I plan on using at least 2 of them this weekend.

I think I just saved my roommate's life Drugs

I've been living with two random guys because of college shit. One seemed to be fairly normal and naive but the other was off. I could tell he lacked friends and confidence the first (last) night we drank together, which was literally the first night. I think the phrase, "I'm glad we can all be cool and be friends and shit." gave it away, not sure. Let's call my roommates "normie" and "nofriends". So, we all smoke weed pretty regularly and do some other drugs every now and again. Time passes and shit happens (theft) between my two roommates and they start a rift within the house. I have little interest in their petty squabbles but hold a bit of favoritism towards normie, although I recognize his manipulation skills. And after calling him out on it so much he's toned his act down greatly.
Normie wants nofriends out. So, he takes advantage of nofriends' situation and tries to get his trust back by getting fucked up with him and selling him xanax bars! It works and normie starts showing me pictures of nofriend's needle kits and shit. This guy is high on heroin or meth, all while high on xanax every hour of the day. His room also is incredibly dirty with rat shit all over because he keeps a guinea pig as a pet and never cleans. Normie is on very good terms with the landlord and so, we show it to her in hopes of getting nofriends evicted.
Since we're on a joint-lease, the landlord cannot single someone out and would have to evict all three of us. But she does call nofriends' mom to tell her of the drug abuse in the house and sends an empty threat of eviction her way. The mom tells her that she caught nofriends with a needle in his arm over Christmas break and to not worry because they have already talked to nofriends about it. At this point, it is obvious the mother is ignorant of the dangers of hard-drugs. She is convinced that nofriends' new job at Harris Teeter will work wonders on his deeply rooted problems. Of course, me and normie aren't supposed to know this and weren't supposed to hear the conversation.
More time passes. Nofriends still has never fucked with me or any of my shit. The thing is, is that I'm almost 27 years old and I have learned to withhold information. Nofriends has no idea that I know of his addictions or problems, and I would like to keep it that way. Everytime I see him he's very nice and tries his best to "look normal". The vibes around the house still suck, everything is dirty. The living room is empty because nofriends sold his couch and stole normie's PS4; so I reclaimed my TV and put it in my room.
Normie gets video evidence of nofriends shooting. We desperately go to the landlord with newfound evidence. She basically says the same thing. But this time, she calls nofriends, claiming she did a surprise inspection and sends an empty threat of eviction to all three of us. So, next move, we go back to the house and bang on his door acting like we all got threatened with eviction.
We shift all the blame on him, as the story suggests that the landlord only needed to see the kitchen and his room (ours are locked because of him) to have enough evidence for eviction. We talk about how we want him out and he needs to sign off the lease and pay a small fine for breaking the lease. In his heroin-induced stupor he agrees.
So me and normie acquire document that will remove nofriends from the lease. Days pass and he will not sign a date because he doesn't want to scamble to find a new place, understandably. More days pass and as expected, nofriends has changed his mind and will not sign off, as he plans to be leaving to study abroad in 2.5 months. This sparks a big argument between us and deeply worsens the atmosphere of the house. I mentioned that this could mean severance. Meaning that me and normie could lock the door the washer & dryer, give away our refrigerator (we have mini's in our rooms), lock up plates and pots, because they all belong to us. I also mention that I don't have to pay him the electric bill any more (tbh I always think he's going to kill himself with it).
More days pass with everyone hiding in their rooms 24/7 until nofriends knocks on my door to talk. We talk and he asks if I were serious when I said I wouldn't pay him (his mom) for the electric. I re-explain his situation about how he's leaving to go abroad in two months and how he will not be needing his room past then. So, I tell him that I will withhold payment until the document is signed. He explains how it's fucked up that I'm stealing from his mom etc. I agree with nofriends on this but I reassure him of the events that led to this difficult decision and that I will use what I have to remove him. He starts repeating himself so I start to leave his filthy room. I leave his room saying, "If your mother wants to speak to me about it, give her my number and have her call me."
Two days pass and I recieve a phone call from nofriends' mom. Thankfully she's very polite but must ask why her son is claiming that I've decided to not pay them. I start the conversation off easy by admitting to these accusations. I slowly ramp it up and explain why. And I explain FULLY and as respectful as you can be when explaining to a mother that her child is a full-blown addict. The conversation was originally about money, but it has quickly turned into a conversation of "your son is in danger, we're in danger".
Nofriends has been lurkin' outside my door and is screaming his lungs out in anger (he thought I was ignorant of his drug problem). He is fucking banging my door down claiming everything I say is a lie; telling me that I've said enough, "STOP TALKING TO MY MOM". His mom is a little hesitant to believe me because she is greatly manipulated by nofriends. I reassure her by claiming to have recent video evidence. She explains that she knew of the problem since Christmas but thought his new job would help. This is when I hit her with the, "Pardon me, but I don't think you realize the severity of this situation." I go on to explain my age and the terrible shit that I've seen these drugs do to families. And by the end of the conversation, kind of sad, but she basically starts asking me what she should do. I tell her to come and get her son ASAP and put him in a rehab center for at least three months. She thanks me for the information and advice. I get the video from normie and send it to her shortly after.
At this point, nofriends is yelling at his mom over the phone (like always) saying, "I DO NOT DO DRUGS". I imagine it didn't work this time. The whole thing is over quite fast, probably less than 10 minutes.
Minutes after the yelling, nofriends knocks on my door and whimpers, "Can we talk?" I let him in. He is broken. Trying his best not break down in tears. This is the only time where I believed what he was saying. He then admits to all the shitty things he's done in the house. Apologizes to me, calls himself a liar and goes so far to say that I was right to not trust him. Even gives me credit for my fairness. We have a heart to heart and I really do think he actually heard what I had to say about life and all that shit.
I could always tell that he didn't want to be this person, and how he tries so hard to make me, and others he deems as "normal" to think that he leads a completely normal life as well. I confronted this problem of identity and told him that I agree with the person he wants to become, or the person he pretends to be. But where I really drove it home was when I talked about his family. I told him, "Everytime you're on the phone, you're defending yourself." It tore him up and he quickly left my room in tears, saying that he would call his mom to apologize for all the shit he's done.
I suspect he did heroin again that night. But the next day he went missing. At night I got a text from his mom saying that he drove back to his hometown and fully submitted to treatment. His mother had him sign the necessary documents. He is in rehab as I type this.

TLDR: ck2 taught me mad intrigue skills to get my drug addict roommate removed from our joint-leased house.

poppy seed tea from bad to amazing Drugs

I figured id share my experience with poppy seed tea. The first two times I tried it I used some organic brand at the store I work at and I though I felt something but I'm almost positive now that it was placebo..even after using a whole pound of seeds. I then decided to go to an online vendor and lemme just say... they got nuts..and that they do. lots of nuts...and seeds. I received my package of seeds today and I had it delivered to my girlfriend's house on accident, thank you chrome autofill, so she dropped it off at work, we work in the same store FYI. So then I decided...why not make the tea at work. I had easy access to lemons to add to the tea since I work in the produce department and can just take one or two from the cooler in the back. I decided to use the whole pound since I figured it wouldn't do too much to me since the last two times it did next to nothing... and boy was I wrong. After shaking the seeds for 10 minutes with the juice of a very jacked up lemon and water covering the seeds by about 3-4 inches, I decided to be safe and only drink half of the brown murky water in the bottle, after straining it out of course. After waiting ONLY 10 minutes I started to feel noticeable effects from the tea. I started to feel that ever so familiar opiate warmth spreading from my head all the way through my body. I actually felt as though I consumed too much and thought I might overdose. Obviously, I didn't or else I wouldn't be typing this right now. I felt the pain in my lower back slowly fade away until I felt like my legs were made of jelly and my brain was made of nothing and I was nothing. Just something made of nothing in a really cold produce storage refrigerator. I went to the bathroom to check to see if my pupils were constricted and they were..more than they usually are on most opiates, though. And for some reason the tea also made me very gassy...After spending the rest of my shit in an opiated haze I then drove to my girlfriends house, JUST A NOTE OF SAFETY: Do not drive, under any circumstances, while under the influence of poppy seed tea or any drug in general it was a stupid decision for me to make but my judgement was clearly cloudy. I spent a few hours there but wanted to go home as soon as possible so that I could make some vape juice with these new flavorings I got. Throughout the entire time at work and at my girlfriend's house I was still peaking on the tea feeling that warm sense of well being and feeling like I was on top of the world and nothing else mattered and nothing could ever go wrong in my life. After leaving I drove home and I decided to finish the tea. I got a nice little rush that lasted about 10-15 minutes and now the nice warm yummy feeling that opiates give me, and most people, are being pleasantly enjoyed at this very moment :) Now the reason I wanted to make this post was because I have seen a lot of people reporting that they have been getting bunk seeds from a lot of their go-to vendors and I want people to know that there is still hope out there for good seeds :) of course it will vary from batch to batch and bag to bag but the bag I got was extremely potent and gave me one the best highs that I have had in a long time. Thanks for taking the time to read this and remember to keep calm and poppy seed on lmao

Halloween Heroin Home Invasion Drugs

This happened on Halloween 2015, after I got off work bouncing at the local college bar, around 3:00 in the morning. Typed this up the next morning to fill my fraternity brothers in on the events of the night.

I had showed up to our buddies house to chill with a friend and this dude knocks on the door at like 3:30 or so. Black guy, probably 22, built like a fucking refrigerator on steroids, easily 230-240. He's got his wallet in his hand, its full of cash, and he's asking me for "just help man. I'm just asking for help. " he kinda rambles on for a while and he eventually gets to asking me for a place to sleep. At this point I say nah and notice the local bar wristband on his wrist. I close the door and lock it and this he proceeds to stand on our porch and ramble about who knows what the fuck for like 30 minutes straight. Saying shit like "how could this happen in the year 1985" "they have their bedrooms for them, and they use them for their betterment but its not for US, they don't even know." By this point I'm thinking schizophrenia or some other shit and I'm hoping he doesn't try to get in cause the brilliant architects of my college town definitely don't elephant-proof front doors.

So by now I obviously know he's no longer in possession of any marbles or marble-like objects whatsoever. Eventually he shuts up and falls asleep in front of the house. Another buddy and his crew come back from Chainsmokers at around 4:00. They all walk past him, assuming we knew him. He doesn't really respond.

About half an hour later, were all smoking blunts in castle and suddenly the dude opens the fucking door and sits his big doofy ass on the stairs and starts nodding out harder than Hunter S Thompson at a goddamn nitrous factory. He's nearly completely unresponsive. After like 10 minutes of questioning two of us get him to agree his name is John. That's pretty much it.

So we decide he needs an ambulance. Our large friend goes to take him by the shoulders and stand him up to leave. He pushes back and we realize were dealing with what essentially amounts to a large angry gorilla, drunk as fuck and high as a kite. Very strong.

We leave him be and eventually the cops come. 2 cars and an ambulance at first. They talk to him for a little and get him to agree to leave. Except he doesn't leave, he just says "yes I agree to walk" and sits there. So eventually the black cop says he's fucking tired and they go to get the guy up. They get as far the top of the front steps and Blindside-monster over here decides to start fighting back. They can't get any further and he's grabbing at the officers and they're yelling "STOP RESISTING" and hitting him on the ribcage and back to get him to let go.

That's when shit gets kicked into 12th gear. He BITES one of the cops. They pepper spray the shit out of him (it burned my eyes and throat across the room inside) and he keeps fighting on. Finally he like basically nods out again saying "okay-k-k-k-k" over and over again. At this point I thought he was about to die on our front porch, that's how fucked up this guys was.

They get the cuffs on him, sit him up on the stairs. They spent the next 20 minutes talking to him, trying to get him to get up. At this point he's getting charged with at least breaking and entering, but he still isn't moving. There are like 7 cop cars from 7 different jurisdictions around here. Barnett and Koon are giving statements and the cops are still going at it. During all of this he says that he took heroin with his friends, and I figure he was blacked out too. Hence the nodding. By about 5:00 they finally somehow manage to get him up and to leave. It's finally over. He's getting charged with burglary. I'm sitting on the couch high as titties just wondering what the fuck is going on.

A Fantastical Love Story (Ketamine) Drugs

Once upon a time, Im_Flabbergasted was more addicted to Ketamine than he was Heroin, PCP, Crack, Meth, Cocaine, Psychedelics, and the whole 9 yards. He would look at her constantly in the eye with lust. With confidence. With a vibe of pure happiness. He needed her. Without ketamine, Im_Flabbergasted was a lost cause. This is a love story, like Shakespeare, that is truly a tragedy.

"Hey, Im_Flabbergasted, have you ever tried ketamine?"

That's what my girlfriend asked me as I sat on her bed after waking up one morning. I was known in school as the biggest drug addict, a title I wouldn't take pride in today, but a title that then? I absolutely loved. I had never ACTUALLY tried Ketamine, but I told her "yeah of course! You got some?". She pulled out a little baggie filled to the brim with transparent/off-set white crystals. I looked at in wonder. What was I getting myself into? It couldn't be anything serious, considering it was 9 AM on a Wednesday. She scoots herself over to the corner of the bed and pours out 4 of the crystals onto her little side-table. From there she takes a credit card and lays it over the rocks, crushing them. After a few shifts and maneuvers the rocks turned into a fine white powder. She rolls up a $50 bill, gets close to me in a sexual way, and says "that one's for you". Without hesitating I go down while simultaneously putting the bill in my nose and pull in air through my nostrils.

"Oh shit. That burns."

I say that softly to myself. The powder hurt like all hell in my nostrils. I use my right hand to plug my nose with my index finger and my thumb so nothing gets out of my nose. A tear wells up in my eye from the burn and I ignore it. She kisses me and laughs. She grabs the baggie she has and starts pouring out her hit of Ketamine. While she does that, it begins to kick in... dear god... did it kick in.

A blanket rushed over my skin that I couldnt see or feel. It seemed to be made of magic. Suddenly my face began to droop and I felt crystallized. My legs ceased to work and I could feel my eyes glossing over. I had a sudden need to listen to music. I was desperate, actually, yet I didn't have the intelligence to put any on. I felt myself getting dumber and dumber. Things became very simple. I was confused. Things were funny. I wanted to sleep, yet it was the last thing I wanted to do. I wasn't tired. I turned my head to the right and I saw my girlfriend. She was moving in slow motion down towards the table to snort a line of this miracle drug. Suddenly I felt myself floating a foot above where I truly was. I was taller than I remember, yet I wasn't. It felt truly amazing. This was just the beginning of a beautiful relationship.

Fast forward 4 months. Im_Flabbergasted has 2 ounces of the best Ketamine, broke up with his girlfriend, is at a girls house with all his best friends throwing his own party

I had all my friends at this girls house. I decided, hey? Guys. Throw me $10 and I'll give everyone as much Ketamine as they want. This would go on for a few months, every single weekend, until this day.

"Throw me $10 and let's get high guys"

We all line up and snort the Ketamine. I'm first, as I'll be doing a line in-between everyone else's lines. After 6 people, I'm around 2 grams deep. Before I can leave the room everything begins to morph. I cannot move my legs. I look over to my friend who also cannot move his legs. I signal to him that I'm very fucked up since I cannot talk. He understands. I signal to him to plug his phone into the speaker sitting right next to him. He gives me the thumbs up. I literally watch as he completely misses the cord and plugs nothing into his phone. He doesn't unlock his phone, and starts tapping on the screen. Suddenly he starts bumping his head to the music (we're hip-hop heads). For whatever reason, I know exactly what song he's bumping his head to and I begin to bump my head to the song as well. After some time, I decide it's time to leave. Since my legs don't work, I must Army crawl. So I do. Once I leave the room I enter a war-zone. However, I didn't see the war zone. I simply felt like I was in one. Therefore I had to find a secure position. Using all my force and energy I get behind the foot of the couch. Suddenly, I see my friend who was listening to music with me crawling behind me. I signal for him to get over to my fighting position. He gets close to me. I say absolutely no words to him, but I look at him and make a game-plan with him. We stare at each other basically drooling, yet I understand that he understands. I go first. I climb onto the couch and starting dodging bullets and missiles. These things aren't happening, they just feel like they are. I know he's behind me and we get all the way around the couch. Mission complete. I look at him and say or do nothing, yet I told him I was a POW (prisoner of war). I begin crawling over to the dog cage and get into it. I close the cage and lock it. I realize that things are getting real. The reason I realize this? Because I can see a friend of mine through the living room into the kitchen, asleep as he's walking out of the sliding door to outside. He asleep standing up with one foot outside, the other foot sitting on the edge, his hand on the door handle, and his head leaning on the door. He was shot while trying to fight the enemy. I didn't really think this. It just felt like it happened. I grabbed all my dog toys since I was now a dog and fell asleep. Once I woke up I pulled the Ketamine out of my pocket, still fucked up. I grabbed my wallet, and poured a few crystals on to a credit card. I grabbed another credit card and smothered them in between. Once there was a solid powder, I grabbed a $20 bill out of my wallet, rolled it up, and insufflated. Instantly I felt something was wrong.

What's wrong.. I know there's something wrong.. but what is it. Then I realized. A rock was stuck in my nose. I began snorting out of my nose as much air as possible to get it out. To no avail. I became frustrated. I didn't know what to do. So as a fallout plan I grabbed my cell phone from my other pocket. I felt the skin on my nose where there was a bump, made sure I was correct, and held my phone by the side. I turned it to the back side to get as much surface area as possible, and smashed my nose with the phone to break the rock. Instantly a shooting pain went through my nose. I knew i fucked up.

Within minutes blood began pouring out of my nose yet no one seemed to care let alone me. I yelled to a buddy non-coherent words to unlock the dog cage and eventually he did. As soon as I was out I ran into the kitchen to grab paper towels. I stuffed them up my nose and realized: hey. I'm re-energized. Then it happened:

The girls house I was at, she was losing her mind from the Ketamine binge we were on. Everyone snoring almost a half gram to a gram at a time, hours of that really gets to your head. She wanted me to hook up with her but I had so many different problems going on. It was impossible to show affection to this woman and sexually please her. IMPOSSIBLE. So my first instinct: hide in the refrigerator.

I ran over the refrigerator and opened it. From there, I stood there and closed it as much as possible (without coming anywhere close to closing it). She threatened to kill herself if I didn't come and talk to her. I refused to talk to her so I acted like the refrigerator.

"(Girl name here), I am a refrigerator. Why are you trying to talk to me? You must be crazy!!!"

She stomped her feet in frustration and ran away. I was successful. I left the refrigerator and looked around. To my left is the dining room: one of my friends is asleep on the table. I look to my right and it's the kitchen. I have another friend asleep halfway through the door way, another one asleep under the kitchen table, and another friend out front screaming the cops are here when in fact they weren't. I walk into the living room through the kitchen and see another girl throwing up into a bowl very quietly. This party turned into a nightmare awfully quick. Suddenly the girls house I'm at - her mother runs out of nowhere.

"IM_FLABBERGASTED. GET THE FUCK UPSTAIRS"

I wiggle and wobble my way upstairs. I follow her frantic mom. As I go to the end of the hallway, I turn right and see a window open. The girls house I was at is standing on the room in her bra and panties.

"I'LL FUCKING JUMP!!!!"

My mind began to spin.

"What do you want?!?!"

As we were talking her mom climbed onto the roof from another window. The girl and I yelled back and forth.

"LISTEN. YOU NEED TO COME DOWN FROM THERE AND SNORT A LINE. EVERYTHING WILL BE OKAY."

As she opened her mouth to respond, her mother grabbed her and threw her onto the flat sided roof.

"GET THE FUCK INSIDE!!!"

The girl instantly started weeping. I could see how angry her mom was. I was afraid. I got scared. I ran.

Down the stairs I go. Very slowly, but I was accurate: every stair was touched by a foot or two. I knew I had to hide or else I would surely be dead. But first? I needed to get high. I ran into the back room, poured out as many crystals as I could, and snorted them. Blood began pouring out of the other side of my nose. I still had a paper towel in the right side from earlier. I was a total fucking nightmare. Before the drugs could kick in I ran out back where a couple of my friends were smoking a hookah. With blood stains on my t-shirt, a terrible look in my eye, the other eye half closed, incomprehensible words, and drool running down my mouth, I began to explain to them what happened. When I was finished they immediately looked away from me. I guess I was alone. Before I knew it I hit the ground. My time was up. I couldn't stay awake like this. Outback on the stone tiles, I fell asleep. The next morning I woke up with almost everyone smoking weed out of a bong, eating food, or still asleep. This would be the beginning of a very long and very intense Ketamine addiction.

Something I wrote while tripping on acid Drugs

It's not profound, well written or even interesting but thought I'd share it with you guys because why the fuck not:

I've forgotten how to write. I even forgot what my handwriting looks like. Then again, it always changes. I'm in a house in the mountains with ___. I can hear flies buzzing and the refrigerator humming - but it's not annoying. There is a sound coming from outside, a twinkling sound. It's enchanting. To me it sounds like a child playing a sweet instrument, until I realise it is the sound of the bells around the necks of cows. This realisation actually kind of makes the sound more beautiful. Beautiful. The word beautiful is supposed to describe lovely things and yet it is quite a difficult word to spell out. I remember as a child, when I would write, I would purposely leave the word "beautiful" out because I was lazy to spell it. I used other words instead. Maybe that's what started my imagination in writing. Maybe that's what starts imagination in anything - just take the beauty out of it. That's when things get wild and interesting. Do you know what's sad, being someone who used to live through writing but rarely does it anymore? Realising, when you do remove the block out of your way and put pen to paper, how easy it really is. Remembering the joy I get when my ideas start to flow and all of a sudden it feels like my imagination is appearing before me, all of my thoughts straight from my brain and through my finger tips, into this pen and onto this paper. It is kind of magical. I am hungry.

Lightweight whiteboy Drugs

So my gf had me hold onto her weed and also let me smoke some. I had been smoking pretty consistently for the past week but that's about it. So I go into my backyard, set up a chair, grab her lighter, weed, and her roll uh bowl. Take one big and smoke that for about 15 min. Now I'm completely alone other than my tiny white dog roxy. She's cute af. At first I don't really feel much until I stand up. That weird ass feeling of gravity shifting is the first sign for me being high as shit. So I walk inside and into the kitchen. Pop in my headphones and start listening to some electronic music and oooooohhh my god. I honest to god, stood in front of my refrigerator, trying to get food out but the music was so good that I couldn't stop dancing. It took what felt like an hour but was probably 15 minutes to open the fridge only to close it again and start dancing more. At this point my tiny dog walked up to me looking a little concerned. I just started laughing and petting her face, she was so soffftt omg. After that I just kinda floated through my house dancing by myself and laughing at how good everything felt. I do remember thinking of how funny some of the things I was doing might have looked from another persons perspective which got me laughing. Great experience but I haven't got high since cuz I hate the feeling of throwing up when I finishing smoking a nug, idk if that's just me but it's a gross feeling. Other than that it was an incredible night. Just wanted to share

Does LSD exist as a tablet? Drugs

My dealer gets some acid every now and then. He got some today and recommended it to me. I asked for some and they came wrapped in aluminum foil. Two big vitamin-looking tablets per aluminum wrap. I asked how many micro grams of LSD there were per tablets and he said "three, three drops per tablet." He gave me specific instructions before taking it, such as taking a second tablet after an hour if I don't feel anything, storing it in the refrigerator, and not letting light hit the tablets directly. I'm completely new to psychedelics, so I thought he's a very reliable guy and I trust him, with marijuana at least, so I bought them. $15 per unit (2 tablets). I've heard of LSD coming in pills, but I was thinking more like microdots, not big vitamin B12 looking tablets. I know I can be much more sure with a test kit, I wanna avoid getting one becauseI wanna trip tomorrow, in about 12 hours. Has anyone had any experience with LSD tablets?

Pic for reference. Stored appropriately, still wrapped to keep light away.

My first "LSD" trip was terrifying. Drugs

Story time:

Not too long ago my girlfriend along with my two best mates (let's call them Steve and Joe and my girlfriend Jen) decided to try "LSD" for the first time. The reason why I put LSD in parenthesis is because I actually believe it was 25i because of the bitterness of the tabs. There were so many mistakes that we made going into this that it's almost embarrassing. Our first mistake was taking two tabs on our first trip. The reason we took two tabs was because Steve had dosed one tab the day before and didn't experience much visuals at all. Us being the dumb people we are decided that we didn't want anything to do with that soft core shit, so we dose two tabs each. Around 45 minutes later we hop in the car. Steve is our DD because he dosed the day before. It starts to kick in and it's one of the most surreal, beautiful experiences of my life. It was raining and the raindrops hit the ground like they would in a cartoon or an anime. There was a helix pattern on Jen's face and the music was incredibly overwhelming. I can't even describe how incredible music sounded. It was so overwhelming that it was literally taking the breathe out of me. We pull up to a park and get out of the car. I run through some grass and it truly felt like I was floating forward, as if I had no legs. We chilled at the park for all of five minutes and then left because the rain got pretty intense. All four of us arrived back at Joe's apartment about 10 minutes later, and that's when the visuals got a lot more intense. Bushes and trees were morphing in and out of themselves, almost folding into themselves. I could see each individual piece of grass almost, like they were bigger and more pronounced than before. We walk inside and the posters on the wall were alive. He had this Abbey Road poster and you could see the Beatles band members walking across the crosswalk. The street would narrow in and out. At this point, about ten minutes later, Steve had to go to the convenient store down the street so he left us on our own. It wasn't a big deal. We actually did pretty well considering the shit we were seeing. It wasn't too long before time didn't even exist anymore. It was like I was in some sort of looney toon; this nonexistent universe, dreamlike universe. It was almost like a cloudy feeling like I was going crazy, but it wasn't a bad trip yet. It was still a positive trip. I felt like a baby in a grown man's body. Anything and everything was interesting to touch and look at. His shaggy carpet looked like springs coming out of the floor. The blow up mattress felt like a water bed, and it was incredible. Another thing I noticed was that it felt like my friends and girlfriend were strangers... I knew that I knew them, and I knew I cared for them and they were there for a reason, but I didn't know who they were kind of. Again, time was nonexistent. Things started to get kind of dark. I was growing so tired of not knowing what was going on. I was starting to get confused. I even remember asking Joe, dude why tf did we take this. When is it going to end? My trip wasn't at its worst or best, but more of a confused stage, slightly scared. About five minutes before Steve got home my girlfriend gets stuck in a bad loop. The loop went into four stages... 1. "Are we on drugs!?" 2. "Where's Steve!?" 3. She would literally faint wherever she was standing. 4. She would wake back up and scream at the top of her lungs.

Naturally this scared and worried the shit out of me. I was worried about my girlfriend while tripping on this 25i substance. Steve gets home and things get worse from there. Unfortunately, Steve didn't know how to handle being a trip sitter and made the situation worse. When my girlfriend would faint I would go over and try to help her and Steve would push me away and tell me to back off. In my trip this looked a whole lot different than just a push and some words. My vision started turning very dark, and my loop began. My girlfriends loop continued and as I was getting stuck into my loop it looked as if Steve was trying to strangle and kill my girlfriend. I can't begin to explain how much care and love I felt for her. I didn't know exactly who she was, but I knew she was special and someone I had to protect. When she stopped the screaming stage, Steve would back off and I would go to the kitchen where there were air heads on the counter. In my loop I would open the airhead and squish in in my hands. Everything that moved looked like like a clay animated film. That's the best way to explain it. If you've ever seen the nightmare before Christmas you would know what I mean by clay animated film. The second part of my trip would be me going to the refrigerator, grabbing a water bottle, opening it, and squeezing it all out on the floor. This was a repeating thing obviously. This is when things were getting very hectic and out of control. Steve looked like he was killing my girlfriend and every time I tried to help he literally (in real life too) hit me in the jaw and I fell to the floor. Somehow at this point I was also naked (LOL). Joe left his apartment at this point because he couldn't handle the situation, so the door was wide open, my girlfriend was screaming, and Steve was trying to control it all. Furniture was knocked over, clothes everywhere, Joe threw up everywhere... it was just nasty. Now, in my head I could hear sirens. All I could imagine was me getting arrested and my life being over. At one point I was literally dead, but still conscientiously aware, and I was thinking how sad my mom and sister would be when they found out I died. I would be in and out of this dead state throughout the remainder of my trip... I have no other way to explain it other than that it felt like I was in an insane asylum. I was in an insane asylum, trapped forever because this was my afterlife now. This loop of helping my girlfriend continued, but her loop got more sexual.... in a weird way.. she had the exact personality as Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad. One moment she was screaming and scared and the next she was trying to suck my dick and she was feeling herself. It was insane.... from there on out it was uphill.... time became a reality and it was almost like I just woke up from my trip without waking up. That's my trip story... it was so much scarier being that person and experiencing the trueness of the hell that I was in. I hope it wasn't too jumbled to understand. I'm not too good at telling stories, but that's the best I can explain it. Thanks!

Thanks!
