Refrigerator keeps messing up - Will be going to Best Buy about it soon but curious about our other options Bestbuy

My parents bought a really nice and expensive refrigerator last year in March. They were going to skip out on the protection but I convinced them to get the 5-year plan. It actually came in use.

I'm not completely aware of the initial problems it had, but my parents called and they came out for repairs. This has happened 3 times now.

I don't know if my mind is making things up but isn't there a repair policy that if it has to be repaired 3-4 times, the next time they just replace the whole thing?

What are our other options? They can't just get another one, they poured a lot of money into this one and the insurance itself. We also can't keep getting it repaired every 2-3 weeks which is what's happening right now.

The refrigerator stops working randomly and the food spoils and we lose everything pretty much. I'm going to stop by Geek Squad after work today to talk to them about on their behalf but I'd like to go in knowing more about what the options are just be more educated about it

Need help with a fridge for a customer Bestbuy

The customer needs a counter-depth ~36” wide refrigerator that when the door opens it is flush as to not hit a wall on the right side. I have also talked to them about bottom freezer which may be an option if they are available in Cd 36”. If there are any PAC/appliance mass associates who could help, that would be greatly appreciated.

So I just applied for appliance sales consultant... Bestbuy

I'm excited, I've always wanted to work at Best buy and not some fast food joint but the one near me was never hiring. They are finally hiring but the only position that I qualify for is Appliance sales consultant.

My question is what am I to expect from this position? Like what do I do? The description was very vague and didn't give me a straight forward "You do this and this" but instead said "You help people and sell stuff". I'm hoping by the name that I'm not just selling refrigerators and stoves.

Also since I applied and it has to be online, where do I check for a reply? Will they send me an email? Or will it be at the best buy careers website?

Warning for fake outlet website Bestbuy

A warning for fellow sales associates : There's a clone outlet website for Best Buy.com that lists our products at a false, cheaper price. The website is AZnowoutlets.com and looks identical to Best Buy's website. I'll post an example below but it would be pretty easy to mistake it for our official website. Someone tried matching the price for an appliance yesterday with this website, but it is painfully obvious that it is a fake ( plus the item was a BBY exclusive ). Anyone have any experience with this? I checked the subreddit and didn't find anything.

Question about our employee discount! Bestbuy

I've only been hired for about two weeks and I know I have a month before my discount kicks in. I know we get a great deal on chargers etc but what about refrigerators? Are they discounted at all? Thanks for any input y'all may be able to provide!

Can price match be combined with another coupon? I wanna buy this minifridge and get it price matched with Walmart's. Would I still be able to use my 20% Small Appliance coupon? It works without the price match but will it work after price match?
