My parents bought a really nice and expensive refrigerator last year in March. They were going to skip out on the protection but I convinced them to get the 5-year plan. It actually came in use.
I'm not completely aware of the initial problems it had, but my parents called and they came out for repairs. This has happened 3 times now.
I don't know if my mind is making things up but isn't there a repair policy that if it has to be repaired 3-4 times, the next time they just replace the whole thing?
What are our other options? They can't just get another one, they poured a lot of money into this one and the insurance itself. We also can't keep getting it repaired every 2-3 weeks which is what's happening right now.
The refrigerator stops working randomly and the food spoils and we lose everything pretty much. I'm going to stop by Geek Squad after work today to talk to them about on their behalf but I'd like to go in knowing more about what the options are just be more educated about it
