Refrigerator/TV boxes ideal, but will take just about anything.

Seeking a housemate. Please read whole post before messaging.
I have a 4x2 2500 square foot house and I’m looking for a housemate. I have the master bedroom and rent two of the rooms occasionally on Airbnb. The room for rent shares a bathroom with the Airbnb rooms.
House is in 78722, right next to Patterson park and close to the Mueller development. Very close to both the Red River HEB and the Mueller HEB. Great location IMO, easy to head south or north or east out of town.
No pets of your own as I already have two small dogs and more animals in a house this size is too much. Must love dogs though.
Is a house, so has washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher.
Decent sized windows and good natural light. Lease length and start date flexible but prefer 1 year lease. 1 month’s rent refundable security deposit. $950 + utilities, although for a perfect person I would be flexible on this amount.
Over the years I’ve lived with a variety of people and I’ve decided that it’s just easier for everyone involved to just be very blunt about housemate expectations. If the following description doesn’t match you, let’s not waste each other’s time or end up living together and hating each other.
The biggest necessity is that you’re very clean. Not just your own spaces, it’s a shared house and just by existing in the kitchen and living room ect, you dirty them. I hate being the only person who cleans the common spaces. If your usually complaint of old roommates is that you were the only one who cleaned, we might be a good fit. But if you’ve never sat and ranted to a friend about how much you hate your slob roommates, you’re probably not the cleanliness level I’m looking for. If you sweep and wipe down the kitchen regularly,do your dishes immediately, and know all about how your vacuum works, we’ll probably get along wonderfully.
Due to the utilities being split between us, I’m also looking for energy conscious people. People who turn the lights out when they leave the room, use natural light when able, only run the dishwasher or washing machine when there’s a full load, don’t take hour long showers ect. I have a wide temperature comfort range, and think excessive heating/cooling of the house isn’t something I want to pay for.
Must love dogs. My dogs are my best friends and love to cuddle, so unless you close them out of the room, they're going to be on the couch with you. I’ve had roommates before that came in not being a fan of dogs and left being incredibly depressed they wouldn’t get to see them anymore.
Mostly I’m looking for conscientious people who understand that sharing space takes thought on everyone’s part.
I’m 23F, college grad, into fitness and health, non-smoker, light social drinker. Seeking similar. I travel for work/pleasure/family frequently, so you'll often have the house to yourself. I’ve lived in mixed gender houses before, so gender or sexual orientation of roommates doesn’t matter but understand that this isn't going to be one of those weird houses where everyone is fooling around with each other/the Airbnb guests.
Strong preference for young working adults or grad students, much less interested in current undergrads.
Despite this post possibly seeming uptight, I really like being friends with my roommates. Hanging out on the weekends, talking about our days, and trips to the greenbelt together. If you came away from reading this excessively long post and were nodding, shoot me a message. If you kinda want to punch me in the face, thanks for reading anyway :]
Seeking 2-3 housemates. Please read whole post before messaging. I have a 4x2 2500 square foot house and I’m looking for housemates. There are three open rooms but if I found two people who would be willing to have rent be split that way rather than with another, I’m more than happy to live with less people. House is in 78722, right next to Patterson park and close to the Mueller development. Very close to both the Red River HEB and the Mueller HEB. Great location IMO, easy to head south or north or east out of town. Small fenced yard. Dog’s okay with deposit; they must meet and get along with my 18 lb dachshund. I have a mild cat allergy so would have to meet your cat and see if it aggravates the allergy. Is a house, so has washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Decent sized windows and good natural light. Lease length and start date flexible but through December 2016 required. Prefer 1 year lease. 1 month’s rent refundable security deposit. With two roommates rent is $1540 + utilities or with three roommates $1000 + utilities.

I’m 22F, recent college grad, into fitness and health, non-smoker, light social drinker. Seeking similar. I’ve lived in mixed gender houses before, so gender of roommates doesn’t matter but the available rooms share a bathroom so if I find a perfect fit who is only comfortable with their own gender, I’ll start screening for that. An issue in the past has been that the men I’ve lived with have never been nearly as clean as they thought they were, so please be realistic about that. Strong preference for young working adults or grad students. Despite this post possibly seeming uptight, I really like being friends with my roommates. Hello ATX,
Currently looking for a new room mate. The house is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It is located in North Austin very close to the North Ridge ACC campus.
Some amenities:
Things to consider:
-Rent costs are 600$ a month with a 600$ deposit. I do month to month leasing. You can leave any time you want. You get your deposit back assuming there are no damages in the bedroom or parts of the house for your leave. I will also need a 2 month written notice. Text message does not apply but Email does. No 2 month notice no deposit return. I will give you a 1 week grace period from the 2 month notice to get me the information.
About me: I work for a software company down town. I am 26 and am a responsible man child. I like to have fun and I like to smoke weed every night to relax. The house is mine and I am working on upgrading things. I have been working in my field for a 6 years and really enjoy it. My music tastes are all over the place except for country. I would prefer a room mate in their mid twenties give or take.
We are not the cleanest perfectionist kind but we like to keep things relatively clean in terms of living area.
My Husky is a great dog and will get along with anyone. My Bulldog is as well but he is still going through training and can be a little more hard headed.
There is no house key I will provide for you how ever there is a door code that will be given once you are officially a room mate. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
-Jeanclaud

Doesn't need to be much. I'd just be using it to store beer. I can pick it up if I have to, but if you can deliver it, that'd be even better.
