Looking for RoomMate near Metric ACC - 600 all utlities. AustinClassifieds

Hello ATX,

Currently looking for a new room mate. The house is 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. It is located in North Austin very close to the North Ridge ACC campus.

Some amenities:

• 300mb connection Time Warner


• refrigerator


• bedroom


• Furnished living area


• Wii U + Smash


• Your bedroom rented.

Things to consider:

• We are both males but do not mind female room mate.


• I have 2 dogs


• 1 Husky. (fully trained)


• 1 Old English Bull dog. (Puppy training in progress)


• I work on a lot of projects and take full use of my garage.


• I have friends over randomly sometimes and we just hang out.


• Current room mate and I have day jobs.


• We are social people and like to go out and party here and there


• We are both grown Adults and enjoy playing games


• We are 420 smokers and friendly.


• Your room is your personal space feel free to fill it up as you like. Any alterations to the bedroom must be approved.


• I have a back yard that is getting re-worked soon.


• The bathroom you will be using is currently going through budgeting to be more modern in remodel.

-Rent costs are 600$ a month with a 600$ deposit. I do month to month leasing. You can leave any time you want. You get your deposit back assuming there are no damages in the bedroom or parts of the house for your leave. I will also need a 2 month written notice. Text message does not apply but Email does. No 2 month notice no deposit return. I will give you a 1 week grace period from the 2 month notice to get me the information.

About me: I work for a software company down town. I am 26 and am a responsible man child. I like to have fun and I like to smoke weed every night to relax. The house is mine and I am working on upgrading things. I have been working in my field for a 6 years and really enjoy it. My music tastes are all over the place except for country. I would prefer a room mate in their mid twenties give or take.

We are not the cleanest perfectionist kind but we like to keep things relatively clean in terms of living area.

My Husky is a great dog and will get along with anyone. My Bulldog is as well but he is still going through training and can be a little more hard headed.

There is no house key I will provide for you how ever there is a door code that will be given once you are officially a room mate. If you have any other questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
