Living in a hotel for several months with no microwave or refrigerator in Puerto Rico EatCheapAndHealthy

Not sure if this is the right sub for this, but I hope you can help out. I am living in a hotel for work, and the hotel has no microwave or refrigerator. I mostly eat out at restaurants, and I want to stop doing that and start saving money! I also try to eat mostly vegetables and meats. I avoid rice and bread and other carbs as much as possible. I'm looking for some ideas.

My current approach:

Breakfast - I've started eating a can of tuna or half of an avocado for breakfast. Sometimes I skip breakfast. I don't like skipping breakfast, but it's better than getting something awful for me. I'm getting pretty tired of the same foods here so some other ideas would be great.

Lunch - There's a vendor who comes around to the office and I can get some chicken, beans, and lettuce/tomato for like $5. Not bad at all. Otherwise, I am spending between $7-$10 on Subway or some other place I can get a salad and protein. If I am out of the office or out in the community it is very difficult to find anything that isn't rice/beans and fried. I'd love to start bringing something instead, but what? Again, no refrigeration or ice packs.

Dinner - This is killing me. I spend way too much money every day on dinner. I'm eating out for dinner every day. Usually, I am getting a steak or some chicken with a side of veggies. This is where I need the most help!

Also, I have a slow cooker. The problem is it's hard to keep anything without a refrigerator. Other obstacles are that I am deployed to Puerto Rico, and most of the food options in restaurants are fried or full of rice - which I am trying to avoid. Also, coolers and ice and things like that are very difficult to come by. Ideally, I could have healthy options that don't go bad when not refrigerated, without having to go to the grocery daily and save money on eating out.

I would love to see your ideas on other options for cheaper and healthier eating!! I'm getting tired of the same few options and spending too much money!

(I have access to hot water through a coffee machine in the hotel room and at the office, and there is a microwave in the office also.)
