This might be a dumb question.
I don't have a freezer at work, but I have a microwave and a refrigerator there. If I cook a frozen meal at home in the microwave and then immediately leave for work (30min drive) and put it the work fridge, will it be okay to reheat for lunch (4ish hours later) and eat? Or would it taste weird? I'm assuming it would be fine, but just wanna make sure
edit: or would it be okay to let the freezer meal just thaw in the work fridge for a couple hours and heat it up at lunch time? That's the most desirable option but I don't wanna die
