Struggling due to limited food options at work M21[176lbs] loseit

Whats up guys! I'm here because I've put on about twenty pounds over the past year and a half (Some of its muscle due to climbing, but most is probably fat). Lots of it is due to the fact that the food I'm able to eat at work is incredibly unhealthy. I'm happiest around 155lbs, give or take 5lbs (I'm 5'8ish), and I can't seem to get back there.

Alright so here's my basic schedule wake up at 7, go to class for several hours, rush and make one of my standard pre work snacks (egg, salsa burrito/ egg lightcheese english muffin), then leave for work and get home around 1 am. But I never have enough time to make food FOR work. All the food options are unhealthy (sportbar food, no grilled anything, and the healthiest being 1000 calorie salad.) What should I do? I don't have a car, and there's no refrigerator.

I know my weight gain is 100% tied to this jobs food, when I went on a trip, even for a week or two, I lose about five pounds. What are my options? Am I not sleeping enough? Should I eat heavier before work if I can to avoid eating at work?
