an engineer friend of mine dries his mushrooms in his refrigerator, with a silica desiccant and claims great success. he doesn't use any fans. any of you guys tried this method?
i've used a food dehydrator that heats up to 160 F. at least one redditor supported this idea that dry heat on cube mushrooms was fine, while i've seen comments here and on shroomery that heat is bad.
after using my 160 f dehydrator, i know my cubes are not ruined, but maybe they could have been more powerful cold-dried?
