I have a three-day business trip coming up and I'll be working round the clock with little time to eat and possibly no access to a refrigerator. I want to pack all my foods beforehand in case the venue doesn't have adequate food to purchase.
I'm mainly concerned about hitting protein goals (about 160g) considering how quickly meat goes bad. What would you recommend?
