My Ex's mother who is Bosnian made a desert described as such.... placed on large flat pan and stored in the refrigerator when not being served... spread on the pan was an egg yolk based pudding maybe half an inch thick with a mushy egg based crust on the bottom maybe 1/8'' thick... it tasted heavily like egg yolks and sugar an was yellow. It was so delicious i need to reproduce it does anyone know what this is?
