Renter's Rights in Pennsylvania legal

Since last week, my landlord has neglected to respond to my requests to:

1) Solve the strong odor issue in my refrigerator (previous tenant spilled what seems like indian curry all over the walls). I had already cleaned up a black mold spot and scrubbed the fridge clean, but did not take a photo of it.

2) Repair my faucet plug, which was always loose, but I did not notice it until a few days after I moved in

3) Give me a mailbox key. I literally can't get my mail.

I have already left him calls, texts, voice messages. He's acknowledged them but has not told me when he could help with these issues.

I've already taken care of the odor in my fridge. Under PA law, does the odor issue fall under the "repair and deduct" rule?

What other ways can I get him to light a fire under his ass? Does not getting a mailbox key allow me to withhold rent? (Note: I do not want to seek any financial gain from this. I simply want these issues to be fixed)
