Sup /r/keto. I've been lurking for a while but my fiancee and I finally decided to give it the full try after a lot of discussion, lots of reading and research and some convincing by my brother, MD to give it a shot. She's hoping to get a lot more of weight loss out of the diet while I'm looking to drop some body fat % and we think it'd be a great tool for that.
Fiancee and I went through our entire kitchen and scrubbed the cabinets and refrigerator of everything we knew would throw us off track yesterday. We bought some of the starting staples and planned the first two days, I have the day off from work wednesday so I plan on going to the store and stocking up even more.
Any common pitfalls to avoid or easy meal suggestions? We both work an office job 8-5, so I think breakfast and bringing our lunches are the hardest meals, so any help from other cubical warriors would be really appreciated!
