Hi! /r/Baking!! I need a dog safe icing that will set up hard without cracking, even better if it is shelf stable but one that needs refrigerated will do! I am in the Netherlands so multiple ingredient options would be wonderful! I have found several Yogurt and cream cheese ones and I have found the mixes but I'd prefer to make my own so I know what's in it. Thank you so much for your help!
Edit: The problem with the yogurt and cream cheese ones is that they will be soft which is great for pupcakes and last minute additions to biscuits but not great for decorating and storing in advance, as my refrigerator is about the size of one you find in a hotel room.
