Close to Jewel, Aldi's,Target, and all the grocery stores and restaurants Old Chinatown has to offer. Heating & Water is included. Electricity is not included but doesn't run over $30 usually. Electric stove, larger refrigerator, elevator access. Wood floors, plenty of natural light, great air conditioning and fan.
