Ok, apologies if asked before (I found one similar question in my search here). Planning to have a dozen or so people over and I just picked up my Anova from the Amazon Treasure Truck yesterday.
If I were to do a BBQ for a dozen or so people and wanted a mix of chicken, steaks and burgers - what's the best way to sous vide it all? Sous vide then ice bath/refrigerator? What about when it's time to hit the grill? Warm it all up together in the water again then hit the grill?
