I am thinking about purchasing a townhouse instead of a single family house to be closer to the action and have less to worry about in terms of exterior maintenance.
I want an exterior unit for more light and one less neighbor, but I like the layout of the larger interior units. Light doesn't seem to be an issue with the open layout of the three story townhouse. Also the price of the townhouse is really high for a townhouse and they see mot be going above the standards many other townhouse use. They never have standard subzero refrigerators.
In higher quality constructed townhouse is noise still a big factor? The less windows is not as much of an issue since the open layout provides great lighting.
