Was feeling so down and overwhelmed for such a long time, and the house was just getting dirtier and dirtier. Which added to my shitty, defeated mood. Decided to do one small house cleaning task each day no matter what. Two weeks later and I've now cleaned the bathroom, wiped down walls, deep-cleaned the refrigerator, steam cleaned the carpet, swept the spider webs, reorganized closets, and have actually started looking forward to that one task per day. I'm still depressed, but I have a sense of purpose that was missing before. Lack of motion sucks!
