I love being vegan. It's been almost a year and I have been feeling so good for about 6 months and for these past 2-3 months I am just so exhausted
I have been working a lot lately and I have had no time to cook food and when I do cook it's always unhealthy. This causes me to feel like shit constantly. When I work I also never bring food because I never know what to bring. What is healthy, easy to transport, and doesn't need a refrigerator?
What are some other healthy meals that are super easy to cook when I'm home? I'm pretty much living off of cereal, vegan burgers, and vegan cheese in tortillas with the occasional banana or 2.
